On July 3, SM Entertainment released a statement to announce that MOON would be halting her activities to reflect on her actions. Read the statement below.
"Hello. This is SM Entertainment.
We apologize for causing concern due to our artist MOON's personal life.
We recognized the seriousness of this matter and have decided to halt all of MOON's activities.
MOON is deeply reflecting on having caused great pain and disappointment due to his wrong behaviour, and the agency also feels responsible for our poor management of the artist.
Again, we deeply apologize for causing concern to many people, including fans, with MOON's personal matters."
However, fans are still demanding for MOON to write a personal letter to her fans to apologize for her behavior.
