u:s was released in july of 2027. this was moon's last full album before she terminated her contract with sm entertainment on december 31st to join republic records in new york. the whole album was participated by moon herself in all aspects, including making the music video. gorgeous was made specifically for lando. moon said in an interview that she got the inspiration when she was editing a video for lando's birthday surprise. she immediately got an inspiration for the song.
