Teenage Love

Chapter 7: Alessia

"Come on Alex, we need you for the final" Alessia sighed as she sat at the end of my bed

"No" I mumbled, bring my duvet cover closer to me

"Emily is going" Alessia said

"Even more reason to stay at home"

(Flashback)

"I think we should break up" Emily sighed

"What" I said quietly

"Where's all this come from" I said speaking a bit louder

"It's clear you like Alessia, your annoyed because Alessia is dating someone" Emily sighed

"I like you Emily, your my girlfriend" I said stepping closer to her

"Look we can stay friends but right now I think you have eyes from someone else" Emily sighed pulling me into a hug and leaving

(End of flashback)

"It will be good for you to play, clear your mind" Alessia sighed

I finally gave into her

I sighed and got out of bed

"Right let's get your kit" Alessia said grabbing my kit out of my cupboard

"Go get a shower" Alessia said softly

I nodded and walked into the bathroom... I looked dead

Knowing Emily was gonna be there I made sure I looked some what alive

"Ready?" Alessia asked softly

"Yeah come on" I said walking down the stairs and to the front door

Grabbing my football boots and shin pads on the way out

We arrived at the pitch, we started to do our warm ups

I lobbed the ball clearing it from our box, the final whistle blowing

We had won, we went and said our well done's to the opposition before celebrating

We got given medals and a trophy which miss would keep at school

After messing around we went over to the parents and students that came and watched

I spotted Emily before the match had started so made my way over to her

Once I reached her I pulled her into a hug, our first time talking to each other since the break up

"Thanks for coming" I said softly as we pulled away

"I couldn't miss it, you played very well" Emily said back

I said my hellos to her friends before running back to were our bags were and collecting my bag

I walked back over and spotted Emily still waiting but her friends had left her

I walked up to her

"Where your friends gone?" I asked

"I told them to leave, said I'd walk home with you if that's okay?" She asked

I nodded with a smile as we started to walk to hers

"You know when you said I liked Alessia you were wrong, i haven't been able to get out of my bed for days since you know that day" I said

"I know Alessia told me when she saw me at school yesterday, it isn't easy for me as well but I think it's the right thing to do right now, you never know we might end up back together" Emily said softly
