Chapter 23: Movie

"Nice to meet you" I smiled at the blonde girl

"Nice to meet you too" she smiled politely at me

"How was the flight?" I asked as we sat down in my room in the studio

"Good, very long tho" she laughed

"So you play for arsenal academy?" I asked her

"Yeah I'm playing for the under 19s" she said

"So your a year older then me?" I asked

(a/n Alessia, Alex and Lotte are 18 now)

"You 18?" She asked

I nodded

"Yeah a year older then" she said nodding

We got interrupted when one of the runners came and grabbed us from my room in the studio

"Leah and Alex we need you down on one of the sets now" she said politely

We both made our way down having a conversation about arsenal

"Morning you two" the producer said to us

"Morning" we both said with a smile

"Ready to go?" He asked

We nodded as he explained what he wanted from us

"So obviously you two know the background of the movie but I'll go over it. Basically it's a grassroots tournament out in America and your team got the chance to go out to America to play in it. The movie will show the football side of women's football but also the personal side of women's football" he said as we nodded

We want out onto the football pitch with all the extras

I had the ball at my feet

"3,2,1 action" he said as the camera started

I started to dribble with the ball, taking it pass the opposition before making my way into the box and shooting low and hard

I ran off to my closed teammate and hugged her, Leah running over and pulling me into a hug

"What a goal" she said rubbing my head, messing my hair up

"Hey!" I shouted as she ran off with a smile

The other team kicked off and I pressed right away, the player losing the ball as I snatched it off her and started to dribble with it

One of the extras slide tackles me as I went down to the ground

Ref blowing her whistle and calling for a free kick

I was about to get up and have a go at the player before Leah placed her hand on my shoulder to keep me down

"Keep your head yeah?" She said

I nodded with a sigh and got up

"Cut" the producer said

"Perfect you two, your naturals" he said laughing as Leah and I walked over to him

"We have a few more scenes and then we are done for today" he smiled before walking off

We made our way to our next location and got into the outfits planned for us

"So your in the hotel room after the match and your doing a face mask and the rest you know as it's on the script" the producer said smiling

We nodded and made our way to the spots we need to be in

"Scene 2" the producer said into the camera before walking off
