Chapter 41: Soft Touches

"Hey" I said as I wrapped my arms around Alessia's waist, bringing her closer into me, her back to my front

I pressed a kiss to her neck as she rested her head on my chest

"Hey" she said softly, I started to rub circles onto her hips as we stood together

"What are you two talking about then?" I asked as I looked at Fran

"Just talking about what we wanna archive from this euros" Fran said

"And what did you say?" I said as I looked down at Alessia

"Win it of course but also get more people interested in our sport" Alessia said as she closed her eyes, head still resting against my chest

Fran said she needed to go met Millie, we said bye before she walked away

"How are you" I said as I pressed another kiss to her neck

"Hmm okay now" Alessia mumbled

"Now?" I raised one eye brow

"Yeah your here now" she said honestly

I smiled before tapping her hips and pulling away from her, she turned around and looked up at me

"You tired?" I asked

She nodded her head and rested it against my chest, I wrapped my arms back around her and brought her closer

"How about a nap?" I suggested

Alessia nodded her head, i interlocked our hands before walking us to my room

I gave her some shorts and a t-shirt to sleep in before she climbed into my bed, I laid down next to her and pulled out my phone

She rolled over and placed her head on my chest, wrapping her arm around my waist before falling asleep

I moved my hand to her hair as I mindlessly scrolled through Instagram

I felt Alessia start to wake up as she laid on top of me, I placed my phone down and lifted up the back of her (mine) t-shirt and started to draw shapes into her back

She lifted her head and looked at me tiredly making me smile softy at her

"Afternoon" I teased as she pressed a kiss to my cheek

"How you feeling now?" I asked honestly

"Still a bit tired but a lot better" Alessia said

"We have a few days off before the euros start are you staying at your mums and dads?" I asked

Alessia nodded her head, I closed my eyes and nodded thinking about what I was gonna do, I still had no clue what I was gonna do

"Why don't you come back to mine?" Alessia asked

"I don't know less" I sighed

"Why not?" Alessia asked with no judgment

"Well I don't know if they like me or not after you know Jill and stuff" I said as I avoid her gaze

"Trust me you'll be okay, they can't hate you" Alessia said rolling her eyes

I let out a soft laugh before nodding

"Okay then" I sighed jokingly

Alessia smacked my chest lightly, making me wrap my arms tighter around her and laugh

Eventually after I calmed down I made eye contact with Alessia

I slowly leaned in and pressed a kiss to her lips "thank you" I murmured against her lips before pressing another kiss to her lips
