Day one of their honeymoon they spent in the making love in the rented house on the hill. "I'm never gonna get enough of this...of you..." Lena whispered as they lay there wrapped up in the Egyptian cotton sheets. "Mmm that feeling is mutual darling." Kara replied. "Kar..." Lena whispered. "Hmmm?" Kara replied. "I'm kinda hungry...I mean...we've been going at it like rabbits for hours..." Lena replied. Kara laughed and tipped her head back against the pillows. "Come on love. Let's go get some food." Kara replied as they sat up in bed.

A few minutes later they were on the balcony  Kara had made them sandwiches. "It's absolutely stunning here." Lena exclaimed as they sat in the chairs. "It is isn't it...maybe we'll have to come back here one day." Kara replied. "Could we?" Lena asked. "Of course sweetheart. We can come back anytime." Kara replied with a smile. Lena knew that smile. It was Kara's 'I did something..but you're gonna love it' smile. "What did you do?" Lena asked as she sipped her spiced wine. Kara averted her eyes down to her sandwich. "Kara?" Lena asked again. "I bought this place." Kara replied. "WHAT? You said you rented it!" Lena exclaimed. "I did at first...but soon after we arrived I decided that I'd buy it. I had a feeling you'd love it here...so I bought it...it's ours Lee." Kara replied with smile.

Lena was shocked. Utterly shocked at the words that came from her wives mouth just now. "Kara Danvers! I thought I'd never see the day when you just randomly buy something just because you knew it'd make someone happy." Lena teased. "Well what can I say? I kind of learned from the best." Kara replied as she took Lena's hand in her own.
