A couple weeks after their shopping trip for the boys Kara and Lena were now in the nursery putting together the new cribs while Lori walked around investigating everything. The kryptonian toddler was very curious about everything going in to her old room. Lori now shared a room with Alura and would remain there til she was older. "Ok...last one!" Lena said. Kara had went downstairs earlier to get food and now was sitting in a chair eating potstickers and pickles covered in peanut butter. Lena knew better than to say anything about Kara's odd food combos especially after last night.

"Girls are asleep." Lena said as she sat back on the sofa with Kara. "Good, wanna watch television?" Kara asked. "Yea sure...where are you going?" Lena asked. "To the kitchen. I've got a craving for pickles and peanut butter." Kara replied as she walked into the kitchen. Lena shrugged her shoulders and sat on the sofa and found a movie for them to watch together.

When Kara came back she had a bowl full of pickle spears. That's not what bothered Lena's stomach...what bothered her stomach was that the pickle spears were covered in melted peanut butter. "Interesting combination love." Lena said. Kara shot Lena a look. "Are you making fun of my pregnancy craving? I never made fun of your strange cravings!" Kara growled. "No love! I'm not making fun of your cravings..I was just saying it's an interesting combination thats all." Lena replied trying to reach out to rub Kara's arm. Kara however was having none of it. She put her food down and covered her face with her hands and began sobbing.

Lena knew she messed up...without meaning to. "Kara..come here love..I'm sorry. Would you like some chocolate milk? Or hot coco to go with your delicious snack?" Lena asked as she wrapped her arms around Kara's waist pulling her into a hug. "I...I could go...for some hot chocolate with marshmallows..." Kara whispered. "Coming right up! I'll even put it in your favorite mug ok love." Lena cooed. "Yea...and bring the swirly straw Lee." Kara added. "Yes darling!" Lena replied with a smile.

After that Lena remained silent now when Kara was eating some odd combination of food. "There! All set! Let's head downstairs now. Come on sweetheart." Lena said as she picked up Lori in her arms and headed out of the room.
