Once Alex and Sam arrived everyone was ready to eat including Lori who was gonna be introduced to mashed potatoes and gravy.  While Alura told Sam and Alex about her horse riding lessons and what Alice was doing today, Lena was holding Lori in her lap and slowly spooning her soupy mashed potatoes. The first bit hit Lori's tongue and her eyes widened with delight. "I think she likes it!" Eliza says. "I think so too." Kara added. "I can't believe shes walking already!" Sam said. "Well she is all kyptnian and half Luthor...what did you expect?" Lena asked smirking at her friend.

"Ha!" Sam scoffed. Alura looks from her moms to her aunts and back again as she tries to understand what everyone is talking about. "Momma? Is Lori big enough to eat my food?" Alura asked. "Soft foods only love. Soon she'll be able to eat like you do though." Lena replied. "Oh...ok." Alura replied as she continued eating her food. "So how are you enjoying your break?" Alex asked her niece. "I've been helping mommy and momma with Lori." Alura said. "Oh that's good. What do you help with?" Sam asked. "We play together while momma and mommy are busy." Alura explained. "And she does a very good job at it." Lena added. "That she does. She's a really wonderful big sister. And we all know she'll be a wonderful big cousin." Kara added. "Yep! I can't wait to meet my little cousin!" Alura exclaimed happily.

Once the main course was finished Alex and Eliza began handing out plates with slices of pie on them. Kara and Lena both finished four pies themselves while everyone else ate one slice each including Alura who was tired after dinner. Kara took the girls into the living room and lay them on the blanket on the floor so they could nap. "They look cute together." Alex whispered as she joined Kara on the sofa. "Yea they do. And this time next year they'll be three of them napping like this." Kara added.
