Two weeks had passed since Lena had officially adopted Alura. Today the family would be telling Sam and Alex via video call that they were expecting a baby. They chose to do it this way so as to tell everyone at the same time. Right now though Kara and Lena were busy cooking some dinner while Eliza was upstairs with Alura playing with her doll house. "What do you think they'll say?" Lena asked. "They'll probably yell out in excitement." Kara replied. "I hope so. I hope our daughter is just as excited." Lena replied. "Alura will flip out, you know that darling. We'll just have to explain that there's a chance she could wind up with a little brother instead." Kara replied.

"Well I'm sure she'll be ok with whatever we have. Rao knows I will be, just as long as he or she is healthy I'm ok." Lena replied. "Me too Lee. I just hope they look like you." Kara replied kissing her lips. "I'm gonna go get the girls." Lena added as they separated. Kara continued stirring the sauce for their pasta dish as Lena climbed the stairs to Alura's room. Eliza was sitting on the floor listening to her granddaughter tell her all about how two dolls were married. Lena leaned against the door frame and smiled at the sight.

After a minute or two Lena cleared her throat getting their attention. "Mommy's got dinner almost done sweetie, why don't you go wash up with grandma and come on downstairs." Lena said. "Ok!" Alura said as she got up and headed to the bathroom with Eliza. Lena turned and headed back downstairs. She had to prepare the kitchen tablet so it would be ready for the video call. "Hey darling, everything set up?" Kara asked. "Yes. It's all set. We'll be able to tell everyone after dinner." Lena replied.

A few minutes later everyone is sitting around the table devouring the lamb lasagna and mixed vegetable salad. "Mommy!" Alura squealed. "Yes darling what is it?" Kara asked. "This good!" Alura replied with her toothless grin. "I'm glad you like it sweetheart." Kara replied. "Now for dessert?" Elisa asked. "Not yet...actually we're gonna call Alex and Sam right quick." Lena replied.

Lena clicked a button and the video call began ringing a second later Sam and Alex appeared. "Hey guys!" Lena exclaimed. "Hey! Whats up?" Alex asked. "Yea! You and Kar said you had news?" Sam asked. Lena gave the 'one minute' sign before getting everyone together so that they could tell them all together. "Sooo? Whats the news?" Alex asked. "Sam...Alex...you're gonna be aunties again!" Lena squealed. "Alura! You're getting a baby brother or sister!" Kara added. "And I'm gonna be a grandma again!" Eliza said. Alex and Sam began squealing with delight. "Congratulations!" They said together after they settled down. "Thanks!" Kara replied.

Alura had finally calmed down after asking a million questions, and was now asleep on the couch. "So what's new with you two?" Lena asked. "Well...we weren't gonna say anything yet...but we too are pregnant! We found out yesterday." Alex replied. "REALLY! OH RAO! We'll get to raise babies together!" Lena exclaimed! "Yes!" Sam exclaimed. "Rao! Alura's gonna flip after finding out Auntie Sam is having her cousin." Kara replied. "More...grand babies!" Eliza cooed. "Yea.." Everyone said at the same time.

The video chat ended after that since everyone had to go do other stuff. Kara carried Alura upstairs and gave her a bath before reading her a bedtime story and letting her go to sleep. When she returned downstairs Eliza was doing dishes and Lena was on the sofa eating ice cream. Kara smiled as she quickly joined Lena on the sofa wrapping her arm around her.
