Early the next morning Sam and Alex arrived at the house with bunches of gifts in their car. Lena and Kara helped Alex get the gifts inside while Eliza helped Sam inside onto the sofa. A few minutes later all the gifts were under the large Christmas tree in the living room. "Auntie Sam...when does my baby cousin come out?" Alura asked as she sat on the sofa. "He should be here any day now, why are you excited?" Sam asked. "Kind of.." Alrua replied with a small smile.

"There! All the gifts are inside!" Alex said as she shrugged off her coat and boots. "There weren't that many." Kara said. "For you two maybe...but it was a lot for me to load all of them." Alex grumbled as she took a seat next to her wife. "Thank you Alex..." Sam said with a smile. "You're welcome sweetheart..now come here Lori! Auntie Alex needs some of your attention." Alex cooed. Lori slowly walked over to Alex who quickly scooped her up in her arms and began peppering the little dark haired girls face with kisses.

"Sam, how are you feeling?" Lena asked. "Sore..I've had a few fake contractions...but nothing serious yet." Sam replied. "That's good. If anything happens the hospital is just down the road..." Kara said. "Right!" Alex said with a smile. "Are you hungry Sam? We have some leftover over fruit from breakfast." Kara offered. "That would be great..thank you Kara." Sam replied with a smile. Kara quickly went into the kitchen only to return with a bowl of fruit and a fork. "Here you go Sam, enjoy." Kara said with a smile.

"Mommy put the letter to Santa in the mail the other day." Alrua said. "She did? What all did you ask for?" Alex asked. "A bunch of stuff for me and Lori." Alrua replied. "That's very sweet of you Alura." Alex replied. "Yea..momma said so too." Alrua replied as she sat next to Eliza.
