Friday night was extremely boring for Lena and Kara, with their eldest daughter off at friend's house for the weekend, and their youngest daughter sleeping in her crib. "Our house is quiet." Lena said as they sat on the sofa. "Yes it is." Kara replied. "But Alura's having fun." Lena added. "Yes she is." Kara replied. "Maybe we too could have fun." Lena hinted at wagging her eyebrows. "We definitely can darling." Kara replied. "First our movie...I've been craving a movie night that isn't a cartoon." Lena says. "I understand, movie night first...mommy fun time later." Kara replied with a smirk.

Kara made a giant bowl of popcorn and grabbed some soda and returned to the living room where Lena had a blanket draped around her. Smiling as she sat down on the sofa she sat the bowl in between them after pulling part of the blanket over her. "This is nice...you...me...our daughter sleeping...our oldest at a sleepover..." Kara hummed. "Mmmm yes it is darling." Lena replied. "Did you find a movie Lee?" Kara asked. "Yes I did. Twisters." Lena replied smiling at Kara.

Half way through the movie both of the women were getting sleepy. "Come one darling..I'll put this away...you go check on Lori." Kara whispers. Lena nods slowly as she moves off the sofa and heads upstairs whip Kara heads to the kitchen. A few minutes later Kara heads upstairs and hears two heartbeats coming from inside the nursery. Walking quietly into the room she sees Lena in the rocker with Lori in her arms, both of them sound asleep.

Chuckling to herself Kara gently picked Lori up and put her back into the crib before picking up her drooling wife and carrying her to their bed and laying her down. "Good night darling...I love you." Kara whispered as she pulled the blanket up over them and pulled Lena into her arms kissing her cheek before sleep over took her too.
