After the craziness of  the holidays were over Kara and Lena made an appointment to get Kara examined. Right now they were loading their girls into the car so that they could drop them off with Eliza before going to the doctor's office. "Nervous?" Lena asked. "Not really, it's not the first time I've done this thing." Kara replied smirking at Lena. "I know." Lena said rolling her eyes. "I'm not nervous about it though I have you with me." Kara said. Lena took the blondes hand in her own and gently squeezed it. "And I always will be here with you." Lena said.

A few minutes later they were walking into the doctor's office and checking in. "Someone will be with you in a few minutes." The receptionist said. "What do you think we should name this one?" Lena asked. "I don't know." Kara replied. "What about another family name? Did your mom have any siblings?" Lena asked. "Yea...Astra...but I don't want to name our child that. What about Elizabeth if it's a girl, after your mom?" Kara suggested. "And if it's a boy?" Lena asked. "Maybe Liam, or Matthew or something." Kara suggested. "I like those names." Lena replied. "Mrs Luthor Danvers!" The nurse called out. "Come on...lets go see if we're having on or two." Kara said.

Kara lay back on the exam table and waited for the doctor to start moving the wand over her abdomen. "Well...let's see what we have here..." The doctor said. Lena leaned over Kara and watched the screen as the doctor rolled the wand around. "Let's see...oh theres baby one...oh and here's baby two...oh whats that?" The doctor said as she continued moving the wand around. "What's what? Are there three? Four? What?" Lena gasped. "Congratulations...you're having..."
