A few months had passed and Alura was getting used to her powers and wearing her glasses. Today was no different, Lena took Alura to school while Kara took Lori up for a bath. She had gotten syrup all over herself during breakfast and desperately needed a bath. "Do you remember what mommy said?" Lena asked as they pulled up to the school. "Yes momma. I wear my glasses all day at school and keep calm so I don't accidentally use my powers." Alura replied. "Good girl! Have fun at school sweetheart, I'll come back later to pick you up." Lena said as she kissed Alura's head before she ran off into the building after Alice.

Back at the house Kara was just getting Lori dressed when Lena returned home. "That's mommy!" Kara whispered. Lori's eyes widen as a smile appeared on her face. "Mommmy!" She squealed as she jumped up in Kara's arms so she could carry her downstairs. As soon as they stepped off the last step Lori wriggled out of Kara's arms and ran to Lena with a smile. "Hey my baby! Did you have a good bath?" Lena asked. "Yesh! I awl cean!" Lori squealed. "That's good! I'm glad!" Lena said as she sat her back down again. Kara looked at Lena before turning Lori. "Lori... mommy has to go into her office to do some work..so momma's gonna spend time with you while I'm in there." Lena said. "O tay..." Lori replied. "Come on bug! Let's go watch some cartoons while mommy has her meetings." Kara said. "O tay momma!" Lori replied as they walked into the living room.

Half way through the first cartoon movie Lena texted Kara a link for a blow up house that she wanted to rent for Lori's upcoming first birthday.

L: What do you think? Think it'll fit in the back yard?

K: I like it! Of course it'll fit in the yard! But I thought we weren't going over the top with this?

L: Well...I kinda already did...

K: Did you invite everyone too?

L: Yes! Since her birthday is in two months...I'm thinking we could have a pool party

K: And a bouncy house too?

L: Yea!

K: She's gonna be one...not twenty one...

L: Shush! Just say 'yes darling!' And let me do this...you can plan Alura's party...

K: 'yes darling' You pain in my ass!
