Today is Lori's first birthday! Everything is set up in the yard including the giant bouncy castle. Right now though Lena's in the kitchen making birthday pancakes. Usually Kara would be doing this last pregnancy she's been more tired than before. That means Lena just steps up to the plate more now. Right now Lori and Alura are sitting at the table waiting patiently for their pancakes, while Kara is still upstairs asleep.

"Momma when does everyone get here?" Alura asked. "At noon sweetheart." Lena replied. "Oh ok... will mommy be up for it?" Alura asked. "Yes sweetheart she'll be awake for it. I'm gonna wake her up after I finish cooking for you two." Lena said with a smile.

Once the pancakes were finished Lena plated them cutting them up before putting the plates on the table. "Eat up girls, and please don't make a mess. I'm gonna go check on momma." Lena said as she headed upstairs once again. Kara was in bed still hugging her body pillow and lightly snoring when Lena made it to their room.

Smiling she climbed in bed and slowly ran a hand over Kara's stomach. The DEO doctor said that the triplets could come at any time now, so everyone was on edge. Lena listened to the four heartbeats for a few moments more before she began kissing Kara's lips. "Mmuhmm.." Kara groaned.

"Good morning beautiful... the girls are up and having birthday pancakes." Lena whispered. "You made them without me?" Kara asked as tears formed in her eyes. "I wanted you to sleep in darling, you haven't been sleeping well...the girls didn't mind that I made them, this time. They both know that you're tired. Oh please don't cry Kar..." Lena whispered as she wiped a tear from the blondes face.

"I'm not upset Lee...I'm just glad you cooked without burning our house down!" Kara teased. "Oh you! If you weren't pregnant...I'd spank you!" Lena groaned. Kara wagged her eyebrows at Lena. "Oh Lee! Don't threaten me with a good time!" Kara replied smirking at her wife.

"Later. Right now we need to go downstairs and eat our breakfast. I swear your worse then I was when I was pregnant! You horny teenager!" Lena said as she helped Kara out of bed and down to the kitchen.
