One week later and Lori's been an absolute angel. She sleeps good, nurses good, and is so happy when everyone takes a turn passing her around. Right now she's sleeping in her swing that sits in the shared office while her mom's do work. "That was Alura's school. They wanted to remind us that next month in their fall carnival." Kara says. "Oh? Are we supposed to bake something or donate something?" Lena asked. "I've offered to bake a few dozen muffins." Kara replied. "Oh thank Rao...I'll carry them in." Lena replied with a smile. "Ok love, how about I go make us some lunch now while you take Lori and nurse her." Kara suggested. "Works for me." Lena replied with a smile.

Kara heads to the kitchen and pulls out some leftover soup that she made the night before and begins heating it on the stove. Meanwhile Lena takes Lori into the nursery and starts nursing her. "You're such a good girl!" Lena cooed. Once she was finished Lena quickly burped and changed her diaper before laying her in the crib and leaving the room. Once she got to the kitchen she saw Kara stirring the soup on the stove. Lena took this opportunity to wrap her arms around the blondes waist and kissing her neck. "Hey beautiful! Is she asleep?" Kara asked. "Yes...she went down quickly too. I think she was milk drunk." Lena hummed.

"Mmm she definitely takes after her big sister... Alura used to get milk drunk quickly too." Kara replied. "This smells delicious. I'm glad you saved the rest of this." Lena said. "I'm glad we had leftovers. I thought for sure Alura would want to bring it to school...I'm glad she chose to take a wrap this morning." Kara replied. "I still don't understand why she doesn't eat the cafeteria food?" Lena replied. "She told me that since Alice takes her own lunch every day that she wants to do that too." Kara explained. "Oh well thats sweet, I suppose." Lena replied as she grab some bowls and spoons setting them on the table.
