A few months later, Uno and Denise were relaxing in their shared room. The soft glow of the afternoon sun filtered through the curtains, casting a warm light over the space. Denise, resting her head on Uno's lap, glanced around the room and noticed the blue Timex NASA watch she had given him hung nearby, within easy reach.

"Uno," she said, sitting up and pointing to the watch, "I see you keep the watch close."

Uno smiled, reaching for the watch and quickly strapping it onto his right wrist. "Of course I do. I cherish this watch," he said, looking at her with affection. "And I also love the lapel pins, cologne, and neckties. I've been wearing the neckties more often, and I'm surprised you didn't notice."

Denise's eyes welled up with tears of happiness. She threw her arms around Uno, hugging him tightly. "Oh, Uno," she whispered, her voice choked with emotion. "That means so much to me."

Uno returned the embrace, holding her close. "Everything you gave me is special because it came from you," he said softly.

Denise pulled back slightly, her face inches from his, and began showering him with kisses. "You're the best," she murmured between kisses, her heart overflowing with love.

Uno chuckled, gently teasing her. "Hey, save some of those kisses for later. We need to get ready for practice."

Denise giggled, wiping her tears and giving him one last peck on the lips. "You're right. We can't let the team down."

They stood up and began preparing for practice with Hypower. Denise slipped into her training gear, while Uno donned his captain's uniform. As they moved around the room, they continued their playful banter.

"Don't think you can slack off today just because you showered me with kisses," Uno teased, smirking at Denise.

"Oh, I won't," Denise shot back, grinning. "I plan on outshining everyone, including you."

Uno laughed, shaking his head. "We'll see about that."

With their gear on and their spirits high, they left the room and headed towards the training ground. The rest of the Hypower team was already there, warming up and preparing for the session.

Lance spotted them first, waving them over. "Hey, lovebirds! Ready to get your butts kicked today?"

"Bring it on," Denise replied, her competitive edge showing.

Angelo grinned. "Looks like someone's fired up today."

Maury and Lorenzo exchanged knowing glances. "Guess it's going to be an intense practice," Maury said.

Meric, still getting used to the team dynamics, smiled. "I'm ready for anything."

Avva and Zoey joined in, their enthusiasm evident. "Let's do this," Zoey said, pumping her fist.

Jea and Kate added their voices, offering words of encouragement and excitement.

Uno, with his Timex NASA watch gleaming in the sunlight, looked around at his team. "Alright, everyone. Let's give it our all today. We've got a game to win, and I know we can do it."

Denise, feeling a surge of pride and love for Uno, stepped forward and took her place among her teammates. The bond between them was stronger than ever, fueled by mutual respect, trust, and a love that continued to grow.

As they began their practice, the team worked together seamlessly, each player pushing themselves to their limits. The camaraderie and support they shared were evident in every pass, every shot, and every cheer.

As practice continued, Uno was fully immersed in the game, his leadership and skills evident in every move. However, Denise couldn't help but notice how often he protected his right wrist, where he wore the blue Timex NASA watch she had given him. Despite being right-handed, Uno preferred wearing his watch on his right wrist since it felt more comfortable, but it also made it vulnerable during practice.

During a break, Denise walked over to Uno, who was catching his breath and adjusting his watch. "Uno, I noticed you're protecting your wrist a lot. You don't want to damage the watch, do you?"

Uno looked at her and nodded. "Yeah, it's special to me. I don't want to risk it getting damaged during practice."

Denise smiled thoughtfully. "How about we go shopping for an inexpensive blue watch for you to wear during training? Maybe something with clock hands, since I know you prefer that. You can still use a sports watch for tracking your fitness."

Uno considered her suggestion, then smiled warmly. "That's a great idea, Denise. I don't want to stop wearing this one, but having another watch for practice makes sense."

Denise beamed at his response. "Perfect! Let's head out after practice and find something that works."

The two continued with the practice, Uno more mindful of his movements to protect his cherished watch. Once the session ended, the team gathered their things and prepared to head out.

Lance noticed Uno and Denise lingering. "Hey, you two! What's the plan for the rest of the day?"

Denise replied, "We're going watch shopping. Uno needs a practice watch so he can keep this one safe."

Angelo grinned. "Smart move. You wouldn't want to ruin such a nice watch."

Maury added, "Get something durable. You never know when the action will get intense."

Uno nodded, appreciating the advice from his teammates. "Thanks, guys. We'll find something good."

With that, Uno and Denise left the training ground and headed to a nearby shopping district. The streets were bustling with people, and the sun was beginning to set, casting a golden hue over the city.

They walked hand-in-hand, browsing through various stores until they found a small shop that specialized in durable, affordable watches. Inside, the displays were filled with a wide range of styles and colors.

The shopkeeper greeted them warmly. "Looking for something specific?"

Uno explained, "I need a watch for sports. Something sturdy, not too expensive, and preferably blue. I also prefer watches with clock hands."

The shopkeeper nodded, guiding them to a section with sports watches and another with traditional analog watches. "These are all designed for durability and comfort during physical activities. We also have several blue models with clock hands."

Denise and Uno examined the watches, finally settling on two options: a sleek, blue analog watch with sturdy hands for everyday wear and a blue digital sports watch for fitness tracking.

"I think these will do," Uno said, showing them to Denise.

She nodded in agreement. "They're perfect. Let's get both."

After purchasing the watches, they stepped out of the store, the sky now painted with the colors of dusk. Denise looked at Uno, her eyes full of affection. "Now you can train without worrying about your special watch."

Uno smiled, leaning in to kiss her forehead. "Thank you, Denise. You always know how to make things better."

They walked back to the apartment, enjoying the peaceful evening and each other's company. Once they reached their room, Uno carefully placed the new blue analog watch and digital sports watch in his gear bag. He then set the blue Timex NASA watch on his nightstand, where he could see it every morning.

Denise wrapped her arms around him from behind, resting her chin on his shoulder. "Ready for tomorrow's practice?"

Uno turned to face her, his eyes filled with warmth. "With you by my side, I'm ready for anything."

She smiled, leaning in for a tender kiss. "Goodnight, Uno."

"Goodnight, Denise."

As they settled in for the night, their hearts were full of love and contentment, knowing that their bond would only grow stronger with each passing day. They drifted off to sleep, wrapped in each other's arms, ready to face whatever challenges came their way together.
