He places down his cup of water, standing up and walking towards the door- trying to be as quiet as possible so he doesn't disturb any melusines working. A strong sense of something... water-like... something dragging him towards the waters, the sound in his head getting louder. He dives in, the sense getting even stronger, leading him to some kind of ancient ruin. A soft noise caught his attention, something beyond the blocked-off ruin.
A dragon tail popped out of a crack in the rocks, Neuvillette now quickly rushing over and trying to get rid of the rocks. "Hey, is anyone there..." He wasn't expecting to hear anything speak back to him.
Even without a response, he kept digging, his senses getting stronger as time passes. He hurries- trying to get rid of the rocks as fast as possible. Neuvillette felt the pressure rise, what if they were in danger? Could he save them in time? Though he didn't know how long they were there.
The last rock stared back at him as he quickly tried to heave it out the way. A small voice emitted from the crack, a small little dragon popping out then quickly turning back into a child. A yawn emmited from them. Neuvilette's eyes widened, it was someone of his kind... a dragon... not just a dragon but a water dragon. He quickly rushed to it and picked it up in his arms.
"Hey.. are you alright?" He quickly reassures the child- not expecting it to respond straight away. They sat in his arms and stared up at him with big eyes, "I'm ok..." It smiles at him and a rush of familiarity goes down his spine.
-𝚂𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚌𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚝𝚘 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝙿𝙾𝚅-
You sit down in an unfamiliar room, though the scent felt familiar. You look over to Neuvillette- who had just discovered you from a ruin you were trapped in centuries ago. Though you weren't nearly as old as your other family, you still knew quite a bit. Neuvillette turns to you, his face perplexed- probably thinking about what to do next.
Awkward silence filled the room, slow tapping of your finger on your leg was the only sound that was breaking it. "Neuvilette?" He quickly turns to you, immediately walking over to see how you were.
"Yes, what is it? Are you alright?" He bends down to talk to you, "I'm fine, what are you planning to do with me." The question strikes him like a lightning bolt, his face returning perplexed as he stands up, "Well... you and I are... from the same kind and there's no one else to take care of you so..." He looks at a glass on his table and then out the window- thinking about the future of you.

"Yes! Good job. Do you want to take a break or not?" Neuvilette's voice rang through the room, books in front of you. Studying law was quite fun, and when you learnt about his job you were very eager to follow in his footsteps. It was kind of funny to think that he was the one who found you and now you see him as your father. A smile spread across your face as he told you more things.
"Thank you."
