What the fuck is this?

Gradually, she felt the pang in her chest boil into anger.

Maybe if she wasn't as enraged, she'd noticed the atypical amount of similarities in the features of the boy and the girl, only difference being her paler skin tone and bigger doe eyes. Maybe if she looked into it more clearly she'd notice how the girl was undoubtedly quite a few years younger than them, how he had called her an insolent brat and how she flipped him out with a "you've just gotten dumber,"

They literally just hugged. It wasn't that deep.

She told herself that but the nervousness and unexplained source of anger that pitted in her stomach made her mouth run dry. She knew this had to be a misunderstanding. But she felt an irrational rage; for some reason she didn't have her self control backing her up. The words she was looking for was right infront of her face but she didn't want to admit it. Cause she felt petty like that.

Jealousy. Confusion.

But no, she had to convince herself she was just fucking fine as she attempted to stride away from there but her wrist was latched on to right before she could.

"Where are you going?" The known honey voice of his asked in confusion, with a huff, showing how he had ran up to her.

Is he fucking serious?

"Let me go," she coldly stated without turning around. With much perplexity, he did so but when she was wordlessly trying to walk off he pulled her back and turned her around, caging her in his arms.

"What's wrong?" His worried eyes scanned over her face but for some reason she couldn't stand it. She couldn't stand him suddenly. She'd get mad at him no matter he did at that moment and the girl desperately wanted to avoid letting her unjustifiable anger get to the best of her. She was confused and angry. Not the best time to have a conversation with the reason behind it.

"Leave me alone. I don't wanna talk right now," she muttered as collectedly as possible, keeping her eyes stuck downwards.

"No can't do. I'm still responsible if something happens to you,"

He said it in a a rather playful tone but that itched her currently sensitive mind in a wrong way. Responsibility. In her mind, clouded with rage, that word basically equated to being called a burden.

"Haechan, if that's what it's all about, shouldn't you stop overstepping?" She snapped, aggressively shrugging him off to be faced with a puzzled looking Haechan.

"...what?" He frowned at her uncalled for brusque tone.

Jiae simply sighed, deciding to bite the bullet and ask the simple question. She was in an illogically sour mood. And her inability to stand a lack of boundaries paired with the rage might have pushed her to her limit.

"Who the fuck was that girl?" she deadpanned, the call from earlier that day still bugging her mind as the boy continued to give her a puzzled look.

"Who-" he paused, realisation dawning on him. Haechan's jaw slightly dropped in disbelief as the brunette comprehended who she was talking about.
