A light melody flowed through her coral lips filling up the surroundings in a divine merriment. Even the wind passing through, brushing on the golden leaves seemed to be enjoying that fine piece of heaven. As the wind passed by, the glimmerings fell down on her, showering the woman in a golden rain. Her face was elliptical with a dazzling beauty and the almond pairs were shining bright in the pleasant day light, making them more mesmerizing. Beside her was a man, tall, with his broad shoulders leaning against the flame tree. His eyes were closed drowning himself in the melody and a soft hum was escaping from him going well along with the music.
It might have been sometime. The melody stopped and a subtle whine left from the man's lips which were tuning with it. Air blew faster making more rains of gold, allegedly even nature was complaining for the sudden pause. She giggled and took a strand of leaves. The long fingers started twisting them as if it was the very first time experiencing them. "It was short", she heard her man complain and this time she laughed aloud.

The tall man looked in the same direction, "less than a day", he replied to his wife. "Still four or five hours left to dusk"
There was a hint of sadness crossing her while she asked him," Is she going too far?"
"Isn't this what he wanted?", he asked her back...

Inside the cave they were still discussing the violations of the wen sect. The talismans were all worn out, now the only light illuminating the cave was from the screen.
Wei WuXian and Jiang Cheng couldn't listen to this any longer. They flipped back down the wall. Stumbling, they staggered out of Lotus Pier. Even after they had run for a long while, the laughter of the crowd at the training field still couldn't be wiped away. The coquettish voice of a woman sang happily above Lotus Pier. Like a blade doused in poison, it cut into their ears and their hearts again and again and again.
They had been running for over a mile before Jiang Cheng abruptly stopped.
Jin Ling sat straight as if he just understood the switch of demeanor in his uncle. "He doesn't seem to be alright", he whispered in his mind and just when he looked at the screen ,
