The kids were still bickering with each other. The one started off with whispering, now turned into a verbal fight. Jin Ling being the hot headed one and Lan Jingyi with no filtered mouth, it was an everyday scene to witness them fighting with each other. But with Lan SiZhui it is different. The young man was the main moderator of his generation. He is the peacemaker, the logical-practical type of person. But today, out of all places in the world he was bickering with his peer in a cave !!!. A rare scene, isn't it?? And if you are wondering what the others are doing, of course they are watching it. Lan Xichen and Nie HuiSang were so invested, one might think the sect heirs are discussing the hot problem cultivation world is facing now. They were even helping them with new points to add !!! OOO are you thinking what the old man is doing Now? Master Lan ? No, He is not enjoying it. On the contrary he was in a dilemma. Whether kicking out Lan Wangji and his little family out of the sect or should he just go into seclusion? Considering the possibilities the latter would be the best option. He can't bring himself to kick his precious little cabbage out of the Lan sect. Or QiRen knew Wangji would be very happy to take his family out for the world tour.

On the other hand, Jiang WanYin decided to sit quite, "If this is a way to get Wei WuXian into lotus Pier, why not? A-Ling, make sure to win", he thought. There was another person who shared almost the same thought as him. Lan WangJi, who is the other's parent, didn't even try to interrupt. Why should he? His son is fighting for the dominance of the most precious person's love. "He will Win and Wei Ying won't have to go to Lotus Pier '', he smirked. Lan Wangji was never this proud of Lan SiZhui. Wei Wuxian, who was the key theme of this fight, was watching them enthusiastically. Oh isn't he enjoying this abundant love he is getting? Absolutely. Poor Wen Ning looked around not having an idea why this fight even started. Well nobody knows that. They just heard, "he is mine ","no he is mine" at some point.

"Enough fun for the day", Wei Wuxian said when he felt his kids are not planning to stop until they defeat the other. "I never said I Will stay in Cloud Recess or move to Lotus Pier", he declared.

"But Xian ge ge he started it", Lan SiZhui said pointing his fingers at Jin RuLan.

"Why are you dumbing it in my head? You were the one mistook my words"

The two young master's faces were painted red with all the effort they were putting in to win. Face flushed and noses twitching. Wei Wuxian found them extremely adorable. "Fine, fine, I understood. Now stop it. We have serious issues to discuss, not my return to Yunmeng".

"But that is important too", Jin Ling pouted. Even though he wanted to go on with his arguments, the screen continued playing.

Behind him, Wei WuXian laughed so hard that he couldn't breathe. After Jin Ling disappeared into the distance, his chest itched in a stuffy way, and finally managed to stop the laughter after a while of coughing. Only then, did he have time to think.

Wei WuXian was taken home by Jiang Feng Mian when he was nine. Most memories from back then were already blurred. Yet, Jin Ling's mother, Jiang YanLi, remembered all of them, and even told him quite a few.

She said that, after his father heard of the news that his parents both died in battle, he had always dedicated himself to finding the child that these past friends had left behind. After searching for a while, he finally found the child in Yiling. The first time they met, Wei WuXian was kneeling on the ground, eating the fruit peels that somebody tossed on the ground.

Yiling's winter and spring were quite cold, yet the child only wore thin layers. His knees were already tattered, and on his feet were two different shoes that didn't fit at all. As he was looking down, searching for fruit peels, Jiang Feng Mian called him. He still remembered that there was a "Ying" in his name, so he lifted his head. Although his cheeks were both red and chapped from the cold, he still wore a smile.
