Wei WuXian's gaze was blank, as though he had trouble realizing what was going on. He only replied after thinking for a while, "It's dead? It's dead... Great! It's dead. Earlier on it kept on screaming, screaming as it rolled around, and then I fainted. Oh right, the hole! The hole underwater. Quick, let's go. Let's get out through the hole."

Lan WangJi sensed that his behavior was strange, "What is wrong?"

Wei Wuxian scrunched his nose in annoyance, "Nothing wrong with me", he shouted .

"You are being suspicious", SiZhui said. "Now we know you must be startled by dark energy and voices". Wei Wuxian didn't say anything. Not agreeing or disagreeing with the statement.

Wei WuXian was suddenly energetic, "Nothing! Let's get out as soon as possible. There's no time to lose."

There was indeed no time to lose. Lan WangJi nodded, "I will take you."

Wei WuXian, "There's no need..."

Yet, Lan WangJi's right arm was still wrapped like an iron belt around his waist, stating in an irrefutable tone, "Breathe in."

"My Didi's care is scary sometimes", Xichen said, looking at how Lan WangJi was concerned about Wei WuXian and manhandling him.

"You are not alone there", Wuxian replied with a grin peeking at Jiang Cheng who had put on a grumpy face for god knows what!!!

"A-Xian, stop teasing him", He heard his Shijie laughing behind Jiang Cheng.

"When I wanted to take care of you, you stared at me till I got burns and now you want to take care of me?", Wuxian said with a fake pout.

"Wei Ying was in danger, WangJi was scared", L and WangJi replied honestly.

Wuxian tapped on his chin as if he was thinking something, after a moment he said, "so it goes like this, Your hidden love will appear on the surface only when I am in danger". A string pulled inside Lan WangJi's heart by these words he winced. Wei WuXian who was watching him closely didn't miss the change in his face and immediately cleared his words, 

"Lan Zhan", he said cupping others face in his hands, "I was just kidding. I know you took sometime for acknowledging your feelings and I'm really not complaining"

"I'm serious ", he continued ,"I have no reason to blame you. Please don't take my words into your heart", he pleaded

Lan WangJi's face slowly loosened hearing the pleading , "will compensate for the time we lose", He assured

"That we will", Wuxian smiled

Going underwater in such a daze was probably not the best idea. Wei WuXian didn't like to force himself, either, and nodded. The two took in a deep breath and dove into the water.

"Phewww", Lan Jingyi exhaled, "now just find that hole and they can go home"

Jin Ling and Lan SiZhui looked at him with a broad smile, "Why are you sighing like you did all the hard work?"

Lan JingYi put his one hand on his chest and the other pointing at the screen, "well we almost went through multiple heart attacks, didn't we?". That they could agree.

A moment later, two splashes bursted from the purple-red water. The two slunk out again.

Wei WuXian spat out a mouthful of the bloody water and wiped his face, covering it with the purplish red. He looked even worse than before, "What's wrong?! Why isn't there a hole?!"
