| Jenna's POV |
"I never said that I didn't trust you, I just don't feel comfortable with you hanging out with him." Y/N sighed in frustration with me, pinching the bridge of her nose.
"I get that, but why? I've told you he's nice and all, Lloyd is a good guy!" I tried defending, holding my hands up in the air. This was her last day to spend with me before she went back home and this is how we were spending it?
"Because I've never fucking met him before!" Y/N yelled, making the entire room go silent. "I trust you more than anything, but I do not trust him, okay? I don't know if he'll hurt you, or kidnap you, or try to do anything that will scar you or me for life." She sniffled and collapsed back in the corner of the room, hugging her knees to her chest. "I can't lose you, Jenna."
My eyes softened as I walked over to her, crouching down before her and holding her hands in mine. "I understand your fears, baby. I can't promise that he won't do or try anything, I've barely met him. But my gut likes him." I wiped the few tears that spilled from Y/N's eyes. "Would it make you feel better if you came with me or I just not go at all?"
"I want you to have fun." She sniffled again, wiping her nose on the sleeve of her hoodie.
"So come with me. He won't mind, I swear." I reassured her. I didn't want to leave her here alone with her fears, praying she won't be mad at me when I came back nor did I want to stay home and bail on Lloyd. The little man was counting on me.
But I put my girl first so I left the decision up to her.
"I'll go." Y/N nodded feebly, standing up with the help of me and grabbing her hoodie. She slung the hood over her head, grabbing a bottle of Dr Pepper for the road. "I'm sorry for yelling, Jenna. I know how you feel about that."
"Hey, hey." I cupped her face. "It's okay, you didn't mean it, I know. It happens and it's hard to control. I completely understand." I kissed all over her face, seeing her smile lightly. "Mm, there's that beautiful smile that I love so much."
"I love you." Y/N mumbled happily.
"I love you more." She pecked my cheek. "Come on." I grabbed her hand, dragging her through the door of my trailer.

"Yo, who's this?" Lloyd tossed his cigarettes as I brought Y/N close with me towards him.
"My girlfriend, the one I was telling you about." I smiled and watched as Lloyd's face lit up.
"You the girl that lights up her world?" He pointed at Y/N who chuckled, I scratching the back of my neck sheepishly. "She talks about you a lot, it's a pleasure to finally meet you." He politely struck his hand out.
Y/N was hesitant at first but shook his hand nonetheless. "Nice to meet you too."
"I'm Lloyd by the way." He adjusted the collar nod his bottom up.
"Y/N." My girlfriend mumbled with the smallest of smiles on her face. Today, Lloyd was wearing a grey long sleeve under a blue button up with baggy black cargo pants. Some spiky combat boots to top it off. He's got good style.
"Aye, my mom ain't have no alcohol last night, so I slept good." Lloyd informed me with a nudge of my shoulder. I nodded my head proudly.
"I'm really glad, man." Y/N looked at me with confusion but I gave her a look that said 'I'll explain later' and she smiled in return. "Hey, I have a question?"
"Shoot." Lloyd shoved his hands in his pockets.
"Do you know how to work technology?"
—————
Lloyd sniffled. "So this mysterious ass number been sending you threats?" Y/N and I nodded in unison as I showed him the texts from my phone. Lloyd grabbed them, zooming in. "That number... hm. I might be able to find out what city they're in."
"Thank you, Lloyd." Y/N thanked graciously. She was more than happy to get some real fucking help from someone who knew what they were doing. We went to the police but they said they couldn't do much without more evidence.
Such bullshit.
"You're a life saver." I sighed with relief and watched him click a few times on his mouse, using the computer I gave him.
"Found it." Lloyd sat back in the chair, Y/N and I leaning forward. "He's right in Los Angeles."
"Holy shit." I muttered under my breath. Y/N backed away, her brain probably racking up who it could be. "Do you have any way of tracing who's phone it is or-?"
"Nah, homie, I can't. I'm sorry, Jenna." Lloyd apologized sincerely.
"You helped out more than the police did." Y/N placed her hand on his shoulder, giving him a genuine smile. "Thank you."
"Of course." He cleared his throat. "Did y'all know I went to CTEC for like 6 months and learned enough shit to do this?"
"I learn new things everyday." I lightly joked and shook his hand in a friendly way. "I'm so glad that you were able to do that."
"Me too." Lloyd sighed. "Anything for a friend."
