"Soooo is it a bad thing if Jenna wants to propose? I mean, first off, how do you know she will?" Billie questioned me, looking at me as if I had two heads.
"Billie. It was a black, velvet box. Small enough for a fucking ring." I grabbed her collar, shaking her as I ranted. "How does that not mean an engagement?!"
"Chill out, bruh!" Billie pushed me off, letting out a breath. "Okay, so let's say Jenna's gonna propose. What'll you do? Say yes, right?"
"I don't know." I shrugged, making Liv punch my arm. "Liv, what the hell?!"
"Fuck you mean 'you don't know'? This is literally Jenna we're talking about... proposing to you and you don't know? Are you stupid? Your mom dropped you as a child, huh?"
"Ouch." I gave her a glare. "I mean I don't know what I'll say. I really want to say yes but I think I'm afraid of her doing it and then the words never being able to properly come out."
"How bad is it to say yes?" Billie scoffed, making a face at me. I flicked her forehead. "I'll show you it's easy. Look, Liv, will you-"
"Cool it for a moment, baby." Liv shut that down, yanking Billie back up to her feet. "Ignore her for a second, okay? Just say what your heart feels and if you can't say anything, just nod. Really fast and excitedly."
"You're right. I don't even know why I'm stressed right now. I've been wanting to marry her since forever." I sat on my bed with my hands on my head. "I hope she does. I really do."
Billie smirked at Liv before looking at me. "Good, good. In the meantime-" She turned back to Liv and got back down on her knee.
"Nope. Wrong timing, cowboy." Liv rolled her eyes with a grin, pulling Billie on her feet again.
"Well shit."

"Hey, baby. What you up to?" Jenna walked in, her hands in her pockets as she spotted Juno and I on the bed of our room.
"Just spending time with Juno and watching Bluey." I chuckled as Juno babbled on and on, slightly spitting in the process and grabbing the Bluey plush that Jenna bought for her.
"Why don't we all take a drive? I know you've been dressed and Juno can see the pretty nature." Jenna grabbed a coat for her and I from our closet as well as a puffy jacket for Juno. "Come on, my beautiful girls."

With the wind in my hair and the cold breeze of Los Angeles blowing past me, I felt all my worries and stress fly right off. Juno giggled uncontrollably as the wind flapped in her tiny hair, the window rolled down just slightly for her to feel. Jenna smiled widely and focused her eyes on the road.
I grabbed her hand from across the console. "Thank you for taking care of us. You're the best."
"Anything for my girls." Jenna ran her thumb across my knuckles. We continued to drive for maybe another 15 minutes before Jenna pulled into the freeway, beginning our journey home.

The next day, I was coming home from a late day at the studio. I was hoping to get some new music down but nothing came to mind since my new album, and I was destined to go on tour soon but it was either for me or going with Billie.
I opened the door of our house, seeing the living room dark and empty. "Jenna? Juno?" I called out, making my way upstairs. I first checked Juno's room and saw nothing. Then I checked our room, nothing again. I checked every room of the house before eventually making my way out to the backyard.
I immediately spotted little lanterns leading a pathway along the stone walkway over to the gazebo that Jenna built a while ago with Billie. A small smile pulled at my lips as I made my way to the gazebo, I saw Jenna standing in a suit on the steps, the biggest grin on her face.
Before I could get closer, I spotted Juno sitting up against the steps wearing a shirt said 'Will you marry my mommy?'
"Jenna." I gasped as she approached me, taking my hand in one of hers and slowly getting down on one knee. All thoughts in my head flew right out, tears shedding down my cheek.
"It's always been you, baby. You and I against the world. You are the joy, laughter, light, and inspiration of my life. You've changed me in so many ways, healed me from the bad that I've experienced and overpowered it with so much good. You are my biggest supporter, the reason I do everything, and the other mother of our child. You loved me through all my darkest moments and I will forever love you through yours. I think about our future together everyday of my life and not once did I ever imagine a scenario where we aren't married. I want to be your wife, I want to be yours forever and ever. Til death do us part, Y/N L/N, will you marry me?"
"YES! Yes, yes! I will!" I screamed, making Jenna laugh and wipe her tears as she slid the diamond ring on my finger. I admired it as she grabbed Juno from the steps, our friends peering from a hiding spot of our backyard, appease erupting throughout them.
"She said yes!" Jenna smiled at Juno, lifting our daughter in the air before handing her to Dove and lifting me off my feet. When she set me back down, I grabbed her collar and pulled her in for a passionate kiss.
"Ooh!"
"Let's go!"
"Bout time you kiss yo fiancé!" I heard Lloyd yell with so much excitement in his voice.
We pulled away with a tearful chuckle, my head ducking down to her neck. "I love you so much. Fiancé."
"And I love you way more." Jenna spun me around, dipping me slightly with a charming smile. "Fiancé."
