I walked downstairs to see Juno and Billie wearing matching shark onesies, both sitting on the couch watching Bluey. Juno had been learning to sit up right and she hadn't mastered it yet so her little body was straightened up against the cushions.
Billie sat criss-crossed with Daisy halfway in her lap and a bowl of banana puffs in it. "What're you guys doing?" I asked, sliding my Boyz In The Hood jersey on.
Billie looked up, grinning. "Eating puffs and watching Bluey with my niece. Jenna's working out in the gym right now."
I playfully rolled my eyes. "Don't make a mess." I ruffled Billie's hair before petting Daisy and kissing Juno's forehead. I made my way downstairs to the basement, hearing the low grunts of my girlfriend. I walked into see her weightlifting at least 100 pounds. "Doing that without a spotter is insane."
I lowly stated. Jenna laughed, putting it up on the rack and sitting up as I straddled her waist. "I'm all good, love. Gracie was spotting me but she's in the bathroom right now."
"That makes me feel better than."
"Mhm, how'd you sleep? Did you see how cute Billie and Juno were with their little shark onesies?"
I snorted. "I did, I'm not surprised Billie is eating our girl's puffs but they did look adorable." I kissed her cheek. "And I slept okay. I wish you would've been beside me when I woke up."
"Sorry, baby girl. I've got a busy day today. Needed to get a work out in, I have a zoom meeting with Tim, it's my day to cook so I need to go grocery shopping, and I need to take Lloyd to his appointment."
"You are awfully busy, aren't you?" I held her head in my hands, Jenna's grin permanent with my touch.
"Yes, but I promise I'll make room for my number one girl." Jenna winked at me.
