| Y/N's POV |
(not proofread)

Yellow rays from the morning sun shined brightly through our dark blue colored curtains. I groggily rolled over, rubbing the sleep out of my eyes.

"Hi, princess." Jenna echoed through my ears. I felt her mouth pressed against my neck, a smile clear in her voice. "How did you sleep?"

"Amazingly." I sighed contently, turning in her arms and brushing back the hair in her face. "How about you?"

She smiled sleepily, eyes lazy but filled with the same love. "Like a baby. Is that how Juno feels?"

I giggled, nuzzling my nose against the collarbone of her chest. Jenna hugged me closer, kissing the top of my head. This is what heaven felt like. There was something about the peaceful nature that Jenna brought to the table. Everything she touched, it was as if the brewing storm calmed down.

A single smile, glance, touch, or word. Jenna had this magical aura around her. One that made me feel like the world could keep spinning no matter what happened. It was one of the reasons I married her. I didn't like storms, I hate the sound of loud thunder and the sight of lightning strikes.

Every relationship that didn't involve Jenna felt like those storms. Because she felt like the calm after them. The glowing sunshine, dewy air, wet grass, and bright blue skies. Flowers would bloom on every corner of a street, flourishing with iridescent pink and red colors.

I had Juno with her. I couldn't picture a better mom for her. I watch the way she interacts with our daughter, the way she talks to her, and behaves. It's magnificent to see the love of your life have so much happiness projected onto the little human that we made together.

We talk to Juno every night, encouraging her to use her words. We're still waiting for her to talk for the first time and when she does, on her own time, we'll be proud and incredibly overjoyed.

But, we weren't rushing anything. Juno will say whatever first word when she's ready. We believe in that strongly.

Jenna and I are working to create a safe haven for our daughter. We never want her to feel like she can't talk to us, that she has to hide things. Because that's never the case. Not with us, at least.

"Look who's joining us." Jenna's chuckle brought me back to reality. Banjo jumped on our bed, strutting towards the open spot between us, and settled his tiny self there. "Oh he's just the cutest guy ever."

"Don't forget to feed Daisy." I smiled, scratching behind Banjo's ears.

"Ooo, yeah, I'll go do that now. I love you." Jenna kissed my lips softly, leaving the bed and taking all the warmth with her out the room.

Our honeymoon is set to start in two weeks. It'll be a week with just us, tropical islands, dolphins, snorkeling, private balconies, gambling, water slides, and more.

To say I was excited was an understatement.

I am over the moon. Jenna and I haven't taken a vacation in forever, let alone one without Juno. And I love my daughter so much, we both do, but sometimes we need time alone.

Jenna took time off work and interviews for the upcoming Wednesday season to spend it with me.

I stood from the bed, stretching my sore limbs and felt a pain in my legs. Jenna's fault. I walked into the bathroom, starting my day with brushing my hair and teeth. Then I got back to the bedroom, strutting straight towards the closet.
