Rae had been anxious all morning as they returned to Seoul, leaving the warm cabin behind. Min had been stifling a grin for the duration of the drive, and wouldn't relent to tell Rae the secret he was hiding from her.

Rae's eyes followed the steady snowfall that taunted her outside the car window as the driver turned towards Hannam-dong. Rae didn't know much about the area, aside from recalling Ji-Sun comparing it to Beverly Hills, and from the gated communities and towering, immaculate apartments and homes, Rae quickly understood where it got its comparison.

Rae suspectingly looked at Min, who held a collected expression as he looked out his window, squeezing Rae's hand lightly.

The driver turned on his blinker and pulled into an apartment complex, Nine One Hannam. Rae felt the nerves and unease flood her stomach as Min's lips curled up into a smile, his eyes set on the windows of one of the apartments in the building.

"Who are we meeting up with?" Rae croaked the question.

Min's smile didn't falter as he exited the car and opened Rae's door, extending a steady hand as she braced herself against the slick asphalt.

"I told you I wanted you to meet my family," he said casually.

Rae felt a lump in her throat. "I did meet your family," she innocently reminded him, only for the words to jaunt her to awareness. Taking in the towering contemporary building, its sleekness and rectangular cutouts a work of art to behold, Rae read the apartment complex name again, and she realized what it meant.

Min's eyes danced with mischief as he watched Rae piece the information together. "You met some of my family, but the most important ones are waiting for us upstairs." Min tugged on her hand in his, leading her through the front doors, and up the elevator to greet the members.

Min didn't bother to knock, swiftly punching in the code to the door. Immediately Rae's senses were overloaded with all that was happening. Rae's eyes shifted to the bright orange artwork displayed in the entryway, to then be distracted by the smell of fried chicken coming from the kitchen. Laughing and yelling were booming down the hall, the source of it in the living room.

Rae bent down to take off her shoes, to nervously observe six other pairs of varying sizes and styles that had been slipped off by the door. Min didn't release Rae's hand as he gave her a comforting wink, escorting her to the height of the commotion.

All six members were scattered about the living room. Jungkook was sitting with his feet folded beneath him by the black, oval coffee table, his hands eagerly grasping a drumstick as he leaned over his plate, but he paused mid-bite to flash Min and Rae a welcoming grin. Jin was sitting in a wooden chair next to Jungkook, his eyes fleeting with surprise as he looked at Rae and Min. J-hope, V, and Jimin were squeezed together on the couch, V's hand on Jimin's knee, and J-hopes arm holding V in a tight hug, the three of them exchanging teasing and playful laughs as they looked at Rae. RM sat in the other chair next to the coffee table, his kind, dimple smile setting Rae at ease.

RM stood up, his arms outstretched as he motioned to the large living room.

"Rae! We are so glad you could make it! Welcome to my home!" he said enthusiastically.

Rae let out a shakey breath as she slowly took in the artwork, sculptures, books, paintings, and knick-knacks scattered amongst the walls, sofa table, bookshelves, and entertainment center.  RM's home was such a contrast to Min's. Min's barely adorned anything, other than his studio, whereas RM's felt like a personally curated museum.
