Rae sipped her morning tea on the terrace, the biting cold grounding her in the reality of what that mornings sunrise meant. She looked down at her new pair of scrubs, the BigHit logo embroidered on the sleeve, and a BigHit employee name badge that hung around her neck. Rae couldn't help but smile as a text popped up on her screen.

MIN: SEE YOU SOON, SUNSHINE

Ji-Sun had already left for work, pouting that she wished Rae's job offer had included two positions so she could go with her, but Ji-Sun was excited for Rae more than anything else. Chang-Woo had been incredibly understanding of Rae accepting the job offer too. Miles and her parents had been ecstatic, but the people most excited about the news had been the other band members and Min.

Rae was looking forward to working with Min, and the rest of the group, as well as other artists, but the anticipation of being able to branch out and push herself in her career, stepping outside her comfort zone and doing something unfamiliar, that was most appealing of all. An opportunity for refinement for Rae, with the additional perk of being near Min. No long weeks away from one another; Rae would be right there through it all.

Rae felt spoiled as a driver from BigHit arrived, ready to pick her up to take her into work, and found herself surprised when she noted the additional occupant inside the vehicle.

Min was smiling with ease, wearing a navy sweater that complimented his porcelain skin. His hair had been styled in loose wavy curls, his silver hoop earrings barely exposed underneath his locks of hair.

"I thought I would see you at work," Rae stated as she slid into the backseat next to Min.

"I couldn't wait to see you," he said, leaning in to sweep a hand across Rae's cheek. "Besides, it is your first day and I want to make sure you feel settled. I will give you a tour and introduce you to everyone when we arrive."

Rae's stomach twisted with nerves as they approached the massive building that would now be her new workplace. Security guards greeted Rae and Min as soon as they exited the vehicle, escorting them both past the main lobby that smelled like fresh paint, and onto the pristinely gleaming elevators. Min was casual and confident as he showed Rae around the building starting in the cafeteria, followed by the workout rooms, practice rooms, conference rooms, recording studios, the wall of showcased awards, the outside garden area, and poster after poster of BTS, which Min tried to steer Rae from noticing as he flushed with embarrassment each time they would come upon a new one.

Rae stopped in front of the photo of BTS for their 7th anniversary shoot, all of the members wearing satin pink outfits and Min with dirty blonde hair. Min shuddered as he caught Rae smiling at it.

"You know you look really good in pink? And as a blonde?" Rae said.

"I can still feel the burning sensation on my scalp from that hair color. Never again," he declared, shuddering at the memory. "And you've seen my wardrobe," Min pointed to his muted clothes. "Pink, and bright colors in general, are not my first choice.

Rae raised her eyebrows as she steadily roamed her eyes over Min. "It seems like none of what you wear is really any of the members first choice. It is a good thing you have stylist's, otherwise I worry you all would wear black or white baggy clothes every day."

Min grinned. "Sounds about right. We are pretty bland," Min winked.

"Trust me, nothing about any of you is bland," Rae laughed as she thought back to the evening with the members over fried chicken and getting to know each of them and their eccentric personalities.

Min continued the tour with a visit to Nim. Min's manager was just as Rae remembered. His long hair was tied back in a low ponytail, his black leather jacket immacuately fitting amongst the rest of his black wardrobe. Nim spoke with Rae for quite some time as he had Rae sign additional documents and an employment contract. He instructed her on her schedule for the day, and Min said his last stop was to take her to the medical office on the opposite side where Rae would primarily be when they weren't on a travel schedule.
