Mount St. Helens

The mechanical spider led the group of teenagers on a wild goose chase through the Labyrinth. The six had to climb through narrowing entryways, cross not-up-to-code drawbridges, and fight off a Sphinx with an affinity for trivia questions, all to make it to what seemed to be a submarine door. Even through the somewhat rusty metal, Kiwáni could hear the sound of metal hitting iron, and other familiar sounds she had drifted upon when she walked by the forges at camp. The metal banging being paired with Tyson practically bouncing in excitement was causing the ground to shake slightly.

The daughter of Apollo inched her way towards the door, examining it carefully.

"Ready to meet Hephaestus?" Grover asked nervously.

"Yes!" Tyson exclaimed as he turned the large wheel that was acting as a door handle.

Once there was enough room, the mechanical spider skirted through the space and scampered inside, disappearing into the room with a snap. Tyson led the group into the room, looking around excitedly at all the large machinery seemingly working on its own. Kiwáni herself looked around the room in awe, as more gadgets revealed themselves.

The room was enormous, growing bigger as the quest members walked through. There was everything Kiwáni would imagine would be at a mechanic's garage, along with all sorts of automotans walking around. Metal pieces and scraps covered the floor, and it looked like it had been a very long time since somewhat had given the place a good sweep. The girl held her nose in order not to sneeze and alarm the god of their presence.
