Kayleighs pov

I've been at hilltop for a few weeks now and it's getting better. The pack have been so welcoming and everyone is lovely. I talk to everyone back home everyday to catch up, Sophie has adapted well to our way of life and she loves spending time with the pack. A few was a little hesitant to have a human around the grounds so often but they've soon warmed up to her.

It's firework night tonight and I'm so excited! I absolutely love fireworks. "Right, let's get food" josh takes my hand and we walk over the barbecue where carter is standing once again "what can I get you guys?"

"I'll have a cheese burger with onions and a lamb chop please" Josh smiles and carter nods "and you kay?"
