Joshs pov
I got up early this morning to make sure the pack has some training, once that's done me and carter wait in my office for the gaurds to bring the witches.
There's a knock on the door and ian and Laura walk in with the witches "Thanks guys. Head home and get some sleep okay"
They nod and leave the room. Me and carter sit on the big chairs in my office while clara and Mary sit on the sofa. I hold the paper tightly in my hands
"Feel free to read over it. I have a contract for each of you, Clara we already discussed your agreement and that's all in there. Have a look through and sign where I've marked"
I pass her the paper and a pen, she starts to read it as I turn to mary "so your sister has made her own agreement to protect her and her unborn child. I would like you to agree to something similar"
She nods her head "so you will stay with clara so I know of your where abouts. You are to stay away from my pack as well. If anything is to happen to Clara and you take care of that baby for any reason you are to inform me if they ever shift like milly did okay "
She nods and I hand her paper and the pen. They both silently read the contracts and sign them before they pass them back to me
"Thank you alpha" Clara smiles shyly at me.
"You're welcome. You will be escorted off the land by my men when you're ready to leave"
"Can I see him?" I look at Clara and watch her closely
"Fine. You can have 5 minutes to say your goodbyes but you are not to be alone with him. I will be in the room, no whispering etc you can talk to him and kiss him but that's it and remember I have super strong hearing , speed and strength. The second you say anything I don't agree with I'll snap his neck"
She slowly nods.
"Carter, stay with her. I'll be back in 10"
We walk out and make our way to the cells. We go into stuarts cell and I lean against the wall. He's lay on the bed, he's weak and pale but doesn't have the sliver cuffs on anymore. He opens his eyes slowly as we walk in
"hi darling" Clara whispers gently as she walks over to him, she kneels down beside and he looks at her
"hello my love" his voice is croaky and harsh. I pass him a bottle of water and he takes it. He clears his throat and can speak a little better
"It's good to see you" he closes his eyes and presses his lips to her forehead
"I know. Listen Stuart, I've got to leave the pack lands now. Me and alpha josh have made an agreement and I've had my powers taken from me, they also banned me from the covens and ill never be allowed to practice or assist with magic again"
A tear drops down her cheek and he weakly wipes it away "why. Why would they do that"
She sadly smiles at him "I'm pregnant love, the agreement is to keep me and our child safe. I will raise them living a free and quiet life"
A tear falls down stuarts cheek "but I won't see them grow"
She shakes her head "no, you won't but I know you'll always be with us in our hearts. I know you and milly will watch over us and keep us safe"
He sadly smiles at her "I get to see her again"
Clara slowly nods her head "yes you do and you better give her a big hug from me and tell her how much I love and miss her" her voice is breaking where she's fighting back the tears
