Y/N's POV
It's been a few weeks since Malleus and I had sex. Thankfully, I haven't noticed any signs of pregnancy. After out night together, we immediately told Lilia what transpired in case I did end up getting pregnant. He said that I probably won't get pregnant the first time we had sex but there was always the possibility I would. So I've been watching very closely for signs. Malleus has also been spending even more time with me. I think it's mostly to make up for when he came inside of me but I enjoy having him around regardless. He started staying with me at Ramshackle Dorm whenever he could. Though he is a bit chaotic. It's not that he's bad to live with, it's that he used to people cooking, cleaning, and doing things for him because of his princely status that he has no idea how to live on his own. He tried cooking dinner for me one night and it almost resulted in the dorm burning down. When he tried doing laundry, he broke the machine. Though when he interacts with technology, it's very funny. He didn't know how the TV worked and kept talking to the remote, trying to turn it on. He's a basket case but he's my basket case and I love him. Currently, it was midday and I was about to have lunch with Ace, Deuce, and Grim. " Whew, potions class took forever today." Ace said. " Yeah and that pop quiz was awful." I said as I sat down with my lunch tray. " I think i did good on it...I hope." Deuce said.
" Nya ha ha! I know I did amazin' on it. There's nothing that the Great Grim can fail." Grim said as he hopped on the table. " Except tests, other quizzes, and probably our finals." Ace said as we began eating. Grim growled at him. " Say that again! You're as much of a failure as I am." He said. Ace growled back. " You want to go?" Ace said as he took out his magic pen. " Bring it." Grim said. " Stop it you two. I don't want to get in trouble because of you two." Deuce said. but Ace and Grim weren't listening. Meanwhile I was just pushing my food around the plate. " Mmm...." I moaned a bit. " Hey Y/N, are you okay?" Deuce asked. Ace and grim stopped what they were doing and looked at me. " You barely touched your food." Deuce said. " Huh? Oh sorry. It just doesn't smell right today." I said. " Let me see. Maybe the chefs got the mixture wrong." Ace said as he took my plate of pasta. He took some on his fork, sniffed it, and then ate some of it. " Tastes fine to me." He said as he handed the plate back to me. " Maybe I inhaled some weird vapor in potions class on the way out that messed with my nose." I said. " Well if you're not gonna eat it minion, I will." Grim said. He then started eating all of my pasta. " Hey! Save some for Y/N." Deuce said. " It's fine Deuce. I'm not that hungry anyways. My nervous from that pop quiz are making me a bit queasy so I'm not going to eat." I said. " If you're sure." He said. Ace then looked around the cafeteria. " Hey where's Malleus? Isn't he usually following you around?" Ace asked. " Yeah, he's been doing that a lot lately." Deuce said. " One of his classes is doing a joint lesson with the second years so his lunch was changed." I said.
Ace and Deuce nodded. Soon enough the bell rang and we headed to history class. During the walk, I felt a little light headed and started swaying. " Maybe I should've eaten something." I thought to myself. We soon arrive and I sat down with Ace, Deuce, and Grim. I slumped over the desk and let out a sigh. " You look pale. Are you sure you're okay?" Ace asked. " I don't know. I guess I still have nerves from before." I said. " Maybe you should go to the nurse." Deuce said. " I'll go after class. He's going over stuff that's going on the next test." I said. Ace and Deuce looked at each other and then back at me. But before we could discuss this further, Professor Trien arrived and started teaching the class. About five minutes into the lesson, I started getting really dizzy and my vision started to blur. " What's happening.....to me...." I said. I then lost consciousness.
