Y/N's POV
" Dammit! Where did he go?!" I thought to myself as I ran through the alley ways. I looked around but saw no one. " By some miracle I either have to kill him or run away before he kills me." I thought to myself. My name is Y/N L/N. I'm a demon slayer. I was recently assigned to what was supposed to be an easy mission. But during this mission I ended up running into one of the Upper Moons. And not just any Upper Moon. I ran into Upper Moon One. I'm not the strongest demon slayer nor have I been one for long. I knew I had no chance of killing him. My only hope was to escape so that he wouldn't find me. " Come on. Run faster you idiot." I thought to myself. I then heard some sounds behind me so I quickly turned but saw nothing. I turned around and kept running. " Moon Breathing First Form: Dark Moon, Evening Palace." I heard a voice say. I turned quickly and saw something coming towards me. Before I could make out what it was, I felt a pain in my legs and fell to the ground. When I looked at my legs I noticed they were all slashed and cut. I was in too much pain to move them. I couldn't get away. " Shit!" I said. I held my sword in front of me but I was so scared that my hands were shaking. I then heard footsteps walking towards me and saw a figure emerging from the darkness. As the figure stepped closer I could make of the silhouette of a tall man. Once he was in view, I saw the Upper Moon One standing in front of me.
He was tall and had reddish-black hair. He had six eyes covering his face with the middle two reading his ranking number. He wore clothes that were similar to ones worn in the Sengoku era with a purple-and-black hexagonal-patterned nagagi kimono. On his side was a katana but I could tell there was something more sinister about it. He just started down at me with his hand on his sword. " It seems that your life will come to an end tonight, little demon slayer." He said as he removed his sword from its hilt. " Please.....don't kill me....." I begged as tears started swelling up in my eyes. " It's too late for mercy." He said. " Why did I think I could do this? My family was right about me. I'm just a pathetic weakling." I said as I cried. I then noticed some hesitation. " it seems you have some painful memories little demon slayer." He said. " H-Huh?" I asked as I wiped my eyes. He put his sword away and stepped close to where I was. He then knelt down in front of me. " What is he doing? Is he going to eat me alive?" I thought to myself. " I have a way for you to become stronger, if you desire strength." He said. My eyes widened. I knew what he meant. He wanted to turn me into a demon.
I shook my head. " No....I won't....." I said. Even though I wanted to become stronger and stay alive, I wouldn't curse myself to become a demon forever. " So you still cling to your human existence. Pathetic. Maybe I should try something different....." He said. He brought one of his hands up to my legs and squeezed one of them. Since he squeezed a part with a gash on it I ended up letting out a loud scream. However he took advantage of this. A few seconds after I opened my mouth, he suddenly kissed me. I was shocked and tensed up but was still in pain. However, I quickly became afraid when I felt some sort of liquid going down my throat. The liquid tasted almost metallic. But before I could comprehend what it was, I felt myself falling asleep. My body became tired and my eyelids began to close. He removed himself from my mouth and I fell against him. " Sleep now little demon slayer. This will be the last time you feel this kind of pain." I heard him say. I then fell into a deep sleep.
