Y/N's POV
" Hey! Stop climbing on the arcade machines! They're not a jungle gym. Don't touch the cake either. We haven't sung happy birthday yet. Ugh and don't hide under the tables. Someone might accidentally kick you." I said to the kids. They laughed and ran off. I sighed. " Ugh this is not worth minimum wage." I said. I picked up some of the presents the kids knocked over. " When you turn 18 you're getting a job. If you don't you're out of this house. Ugh, damn my stupid parents." I said. My name is Y/N L/N. I'm an employee at a local family arcade. When I turned 18 last week my parents forced me to get a job. If I didn't they'd kick me out. This joint was thankfully hiring and I can see why.
The working conditions are awful, the place smells like sweat and feet, the games break down half the time, and I'm 98% sure they recycle old pizza. " Once I finish this semester of high school and graduate I'm getting out of this stupid town and never coming back." I said. " Um hey Y/N?" I heard someone say. I turned to see one of the other employees. " It's almost time to sing happy birthday. Could you go to the back and get the boss? It's his kid's party after all." The employee said. " Sure. Anything to get away from these screaming brats." I said. I walked to the backroom and saw the boss William Afton, putting another employee inside of the Fredbear suit. I knocked on the door so I wouldn't pop in unannounced. Mr.Afton turned towards me. " Sorry to interrupt Mr.Afton but it's almost time to sing happy birthday to your kid." I said. " Right. Just let me get him into the suit. Do you think you could grab the Fredbear head?" He asked. " Sure." I said. i walked over to the nearby table and grabbed the Fredbear head that was sitting on it.
I walked up to Mr.Afton and waited while he put one of the arms onto the employee. Suddenly we heard a loud scream and quickly ran towards the door. We opened the door and what I saw almost made me throw up. A kid's head was lodged inside of the Fredbear animatronic. The top of his head was getting crushed by the metal teeth. " Oh my God." I said. " Y/N, call an ambulance now!" Mr.Afton said as he ran over to the kid. I then realized that it was his kid, the one who was having the birthday party. I ran back into the backroom and grabbed the phone. I dialed the emergency number and told them what happened. A few minutes later an ambulance arrived. Mr.Afton managed to get his kid out of the animatronic and the paramedics took it from there. They brought the kid to the ambulance and put him inside of it. Mr.Afton was talking to his wife while his other two kids were standing near them. The kid wearing the foxy mask kept his head down.
His wife then walked off with the kids and he walked over to us workers. " My wife is taking the kids home while I go to the hospital with my son. I want all of you to clean up. Y/N since you were with me and you were the one to call the ambulance you have to come with me to the hospital so you can explain what happened and that it was an accident." He said. " Um....okay." I said. The rest of the workers went inside while I got in the car with Mr.Afton. We then followed the ambulance to the hospital. " My wife will come after the kids are in bed. I'm sorry that you have to come with me but they said that some police officers need to hear what happen. They're going to try and pin this off as faulty operations and attempt to shut down the place." He said. He sighed. " I can't believe Michael would do something like this. That little brat put his brother in the hospital." He said. I stayed silent since I knew he was going through a lot right now.
