Pure Vanilla Cookie's POV
Flashback
" Now get outta here and go practice some card tricks! We've kindly prepared rooms for you! You'll find them most comfortable! Oh, and don't even think about running away. You see, there's nowhere to run from the top of the tower! He he. Unless you want to drop down and shatter into pieces! Who knows, your friends my follow in suit? After all, their position is far from enviable here!" Shadow Milk Cookie said. I didn't respond and just turned away from him as he handed my former friends over to Black Sapphire Cookie. The hallways twisted and turned before me until I reached a room.
I opened the door and inside was a bedroom. " I guess this is where I'll remain forever." I said. I placed my staff at the side of the bed and sat down on the bed. I just stared at the floor with a blank expression. All of my hopes, desires, and the truths that i used to believe have all been consumed by lies and deceit. I have decided to remain in this tower since i am the greatest liar of them all. I let out a sigh and laid back on the bed, staring at the ceiling. I smiled sadly as I thought about my adventures so far. Everything is just one big lie. It was all for nothing." I said to myself. I let out a sad laugh then closed my eyes as I felt myself drifting off. " Nothing I can do now but sleep and nurture the lies within my soul." I said. I then drifted off into a peaceful slumber.
When I opened my eyes, I expected to be back inside of my room. However, I found myself in the Other Realm. But it didn't look like the one I've seen countless times before. Instead of a vast expansion of stars, I was actually standing on some solid ground. The stone under my feet was dark purple with some black mixed into it. There were some stones poking up into spikes pretruding from the ground surrounding the area. Their height was almost as high as my castle back in the Vanilla Kingdom. The sky was it's normal starry sky of the Other Realm. there were also some patches of grass. But the grass was purple. The flowers that were mixed in with the grass glowed like starlight. This Other Realm felt more ethereal than usual.
" Is this really the Other realm?" I asked myself. I was knocked out of my thought when I heard the sound of a guitar being played in the distant. I also heard someone humming. I walked towards the sound and it led me to a cookie. The cookie was sitting on a rock playing a guitar. I couldn't tell if this cookie was male or female. They had white hair with light purple streaks in it. They also had two glowing blueish white highlights. They wore a sleeveless shirt that was white and light lavender colored. They also wore some blackish purple shorts. They wore a long coat over the shirt that was also sleeveless. The coat was a mixed shade of white, lavender, and purple. like their har, the coat also had two blueish white glowing streaks that reached the ground. I notices that they weren't wearing any shoes. But upon close inspection of their feet, i noticed that their feet had the look of a galaxy. No dough was present, just stars that faded into dough near their thighs.
" La la la la la la la la laa laa~" The cookie sung as they played the guitar. I found myself entranced with the song. I didn't want to interrupt it. It was so beautiful. It was like a calm, peaceful wave washed over me. for the first time in a while, i could actually think clearly. My body started moving on it's own and I began walking closer to the cookie. But as I got closer, their song ended and they turned to face me. I stopped in my tracks and just stared at them. They were the most perfect cookie I had ever seen. Their dough looked freshly baked. Their eyes reflected the stars above. Their arms, like their feet, had the galaxy look to them that faded into their dough. Everything about them was just perfect.
