Y/N's POV

" Ah!" I screamed as I was hit with another slash from Miraak's sword. I held my side and winced in pain as I tried getting up. " Hah....hah....had enough Dragonborn?" He said. He was out of breath. " Not....yet..." I said. I was also out of breath. After getting attacked by cultists, I traveled to the land of Solstheim. I learned that the locals were being affected by an ancient Dragonborn name Miraak. I also learned that he was in league with the Daedric Prince of Fate Hermaeus Mora. After finding some of the Black Books, some Words of Power, and making some new friends I finally was able to return to Miraak's domain. And now I'm locked in battle with him. We're both tired and out of breath. This battle will be over soon. I rose to my feet and gripped my sword. " My throat is still a bit sore from shouting. I won't be able to do it again for a few more seconds. Juts gotta hold out until then." I said. He then charged at me again and I blocked his attack. We went at it again. Our swords clashed together as we delivered blows to each other. Soon enough my throat felt better and I knew I could shout at him to knock him off his feet. I got close to him and faked an attack. Instead of swinging my sword I shouted at him and he went flying backwards. Once he was knocked off his feet, I swung my sword at his stomach and sliced him. But before he fell to his knees, he disappeared. I then heard laughing and turned around to see Hermaeus Mora's eye blots surrounding the main pool of sludge at the center of the area. I walked over to the area and saw Miraak being hoisted up out of the sludge and being restrained by Hermaeus Mora in the air. " Did you think to escape me, Miraak? You can hide nothing from me here. No matter. I have found a new Dragonborn to serve me." Hermaeus Mora said. Miraak was then stabbed through the chest with one of Hermaeus Mora's tentacles. " May she be rewarded well for her service as I was!" He said in pain. I knew Hermaeus Mora was about to kill him. " Wait, don't kill him." I said.

" Who do you think you are telling me what to do mortal? You are my servant. You obey me." Hermaeus Mora said. " Think about it Mora. You'll have two Dragonborn in your service. That's two more than the other Daedric Princes have....I think." I said. " Hmmm....very well. I suppose it would be a good idea to keep him alive." Hermaeus Mora said. He pulled the tentacle out of Miraak's chest and Miraak fell to the ground. " Be grateful I spared your life. But betray me again and I will kill you." Hermaeus Mora said. He then disappeared. Miraak was out of breath.
" Thank you Dragonborn for stopping-" I cut him off by holding a blade up to his neck. " I saved your life. You owe me a life debt Miraak. You are alive because of me." I said. He sighed. " That is true.I suppose I am in your debt. Very well. I will help you with whatever arises on your journey. While you have already defeated Alduin, many more threats remain in this world. Until I have repaid my debt, I will accompany you on your journey." He said. I sighed. " Very well. But you have to lift your control over everyone and vow to never attack innocent people again." I said.
" Fine. I will do that. Shall we leave this place?" He asked. I nodded and we headed over to the Black Book on the pedestal. We then touched the book and headed back to Solsthiem. That was the day Miraak and I started traveling together. After leaving Hermaeus Mora's realm, Miraak released everyone from his control and he was banned from Solsthiem. I was welcomed back as long as he didn't come with me. We headed back to Skyrim and have been here ever since. Sometimes I'll go back to Solstheim to help the locals but most of the time I'm needed in Skyrim. My other companions were also wary of Miraak in the beginning but he has gained their trust. Thought I know he's just doing this because of the life debt he owes me. He would like nothing more than to kill me and the others. " Alright, since we're pretty far from everywhere we should camp here for the night. Lydia and I will start setting up the tents, J'zargo will put up the protective barriers so that no one will detect us, Farkas will start on dinner, and Miraak will grab the sleeping cots." I said. Everyone nodded and started on their jobs.
