The chaos at Sunoo’s mansion hadn’t slowed down. If anything, it had ramped up. Idols from every group imaginable had now started referring to Minji as “the idol baby,” and Sunoo, once the carefree member of ENHYPEN, had taken on a role he never expected: the calm, composed dad in the middle of the storm.

Minji, now a few months older, was crawling and cooing her way into everyone’s hearts—and that included the ever-growing collection of idols who’d dropped by the mansion. But as the number of visitors increased, so did the protectiveness of Sunoo’s members, and their fellow idol friends who had become Minji’s unofficial uncles.

Sunoo was in the living room, sitting cross-legged on the floor, a calm smile on his face as he watched Minji crawl around. The once chaotic atmosphere had, for the most part, settled into an unspoken routine. Sunoo took a deep breath and relished in the quiet moment. Minji reached up, pulling herself up to stand, and Sunoo gently helped her balance.

"You're doing great, baby," Sunoo said softly, brushing a lock of hair from her forehead.

Meanwhile, outside the living room, the other members were already on high alert.

"Who’s that?" Riki asked, peeking through the window as a van pulled up outside the mansion.

“It’s V from BTS,” Sunghoon answered, already standing up. "He and Jungkook wanted to visit Minji. Again."

“V’s here?!” Jaeyun rushed to the door, but before he could open it, Sunghoon stopped him, raising an eyebrow. "Hold on, you can’t just let him in like that. We need to do a background check first."

"Background check? Sunghoon, we're talking about V from BTS!" Jaeyun rolled his eyes.

Riki, who had been playing with Minji’s toy, froze for a second before turning to face Jaeyun. “Is he really that dangerous?”

Before Jaeyun could explain, the doorbell rang, and Sunghoon was already opening the door, ready for the next round of “uncle” chaos. Sure enough, it was V, with a grin on his face and Jungkook beside him.

"I brought her some toys!" V declared, holding up a gift bag full of plushies. Jungkook waved shyly at the others, stepping inside.

“Minji's not allowed to have any more toys for the next hour!” Sunghoon immediately said, blocking the two from entering the living room. "I can’t have her getting spoiled by you guys all the time."

“C'mon, Sunghoon,” V said, laughing. “We’re family now, right?”

Meanwhile, in the living room, Sunoo’s calm demeanor was the only thing keeping the situation from spiraling out of control. Minji had been giggling at her reflection in a toy mirror, her tiny hands reaching for it, while the other members stood around the room like protective bodyguards.

"I swear, if anyone tries to hold her again," Jaeyun muttered, arms crossed, his eyes narrowing at anyone who dared move too close. "I’m going to lose it."

"It's okay," Sunoo said softly, glancing at his members with a reassuring smile. “Let her play. She’s fine."

The other idols couldn’t help but smile at Sunoo’s calmness. The contrast was clear—Sunoo was like the serene center of the storm, and the rest of the members and their idol friends were the wild, protective uncles, circling around Minji as though she was the most precious thing on earth.

And it wasn’t just the members. Whenever someone from the K-pop world came by to visit, they treated Minji like royalty—because, in their eyes, she was. But that came with the unspoken rule: if you got too close to Minji, you had to pass the "uncle test."

For instance, when Chanyeol from EXO dropped by with a huge teddy bear for Minji, he was immediately greeted by Riki, who stared him down. "Are you sure you’re safe with Minji?" Riki asked, his arms crossed. "We’ve had issues with idol uncles before."

Chanyeol, used to being the one who teased others, simply laughed. "I’ll be on my best behavior. I’ve got a daughter too, you know."

“Yeah, well, this one’s a bit more delicate than you might think,” Riki said, raising a brow. “Minji’s special.”

“Riki, chill,” Sunghoon said, putting a hand on Riki’s shoulder and giving Chanyeol a nod. “We know you mean well. Just... don’t overwhelm her.”

"Don’t worry," Chanyeol replied, holding the teddy bear closer to his chest. "She’s got her dad to protect her, right?"

Sunoo smiled and nodded, his calm aura never wavering. "Of course. I’m always here for her."

The wild uncles, however, didn’t exactly back down from their roles either. With each new arrival, the members would circle around Minji, subtly (or not-so-subtly) ensuring that no one got too close or overwhelmed her. They were like bodyguards, only instead of weapons, they had toys, snacks, and baby formula ready to defend Minji’s honor.

"Sunoo," Heeseung called, pointing to a new video game console setup in the corner of the room, “You better not let Minji get addicted to this early, alright?”

"I’m not letting her near that until she’s at least five," Sunoo answered smoothly, continuing to play with Minji’s toys.

Jungwon, standing beside Sunoo, gave an exaggerated sigh. “We need to have a serious talk about boundaries. These uncles are out of control.”

"Tell me about it," Sunoo replied, still managing to stay relaxed. "But hey, Minji seems to love the attention. I think she’s getting used to all the wild energy in here."

Jaeyun suddenly leaned over, giving Minji a playful tickle that made her laugh and clap her hands. “This little one is going to have every idol wrapped around her finger.”

“Only if I allow it,” Sunoo replied, but there was a proud smile on his face.

As the days passed, Sunoo found himself more and more comfortable in his role as the calm dad, while the rest of the members and their idol friends became the over-the-top, fiercely protective uncles. They all shared one common goal: to protect Minji and make sure she had the best, most loving upbringing possible.

Minji, surrounded by so much love and energy, thrived in the chaos. And Sunoo, despite being the quiet center of it all, couldn’t help but feel grateful. He might not have planned for all this madness, but he had the most incredible family—one that would do anything to protect his little girl.
