The fanmeet in Cebu had left everyone feeling emotionally fulfilled, but there was more to come. As the group wrapped up the event and made their way back to the hotel, the members couldn't help but reflect on how much they had experienced together over the past few days. They’d witnessed animals flock to Sunoo, heard stories that would live in their memories forever, and now, they were all in high spirits from the fanmeet.

As they entered their hotel rooms, the members were still buzzing from the energy of the event, but there was a sense of calm settling in as the night crept in. Everyone was ready to unwind, but there was one thing Sunoo and Heeseung had in mind—they wanted to have some quiet time alone together.

Heeseung, who had been overly affectionate the entire day, finally found a moment when the group was scattered to approach Sunoo.

“Hey, want to grab something to eat? I know you’re probably starving after all that excitement today,” Heeseung said, a playful smile dancing on his lips.

Sunoo chuckled, his heart still warm from all the attention and love. “I think I’m good for now. But maybe we could just sit for a bit? No fans, no animals, just us.”

Heeseung’s face softened, and he nodded without hesitation. “That sounds perfect.”

They found a quiet corner in the hotel lounge, away from the others, where the soft hum of the city filtered in through the windows. As they sat across from each other, the world outside seemed to disappear, leaving just the two of them in their own bubble.

“I’m still processing everything from today,” Sunoo admitted, taking a sip of water. “It feels surreal that people—fans—care about us this much.” His voice carried a gentle reverence for the experience.

Heeseung smiled, his gaze tender as he watched Sunoo speak. “I think we’re all starting to realize just how special this all is. But I think you’re the one who really makes it all shine, Sunoo. You’re the reason it feels so warm. You’re the heart of it all.”

Sunoo’s eyes widened slightly, touched by Heeseung’s words. “I don’t know if I can take all that credit, Heeseung. I’m just trying to be me.”

“Exactly,” Heeseung said, leaning in a little. “And that’s why everyone loves you. You’re just so genuine. That’s the best part of you—everything else just falls into place naturally.”

Sunoo felt his heart flutter, the warmth of Heeseung’s affection making him feel more connected than ever. He reached across the table and took Heeseung’s hand, giving it a gentle squeeze. “I love you, you know that?”

Heeseung’s smile grew wider, a soft laugh escaping him. “I love you too, more than you know.”

As the evening went on, the two of them sat together, talking about everything and nothing at all. There were no cameras, no fans, no distractions—just two people who had found a deep and comforting connection. Even with everything going on around them, the quiet moments like this, just being together, were what mattered most.

The members soon returned to their rooms, leaving Sunoo and Heeseung alone, savoring the tranquility before the next part of their adventure. With a soft chuckle, Heeseung pulled out his phone to show Sunoo a picture of the day’s events—specifically, the moment when Sunoo was surrounded by all the animals.

“You know,” Heeseung said with a smirk, “I’m kind of jealous. The dog chose you, the deer chose you, even the tigers couldn’t get enough of you. I might start taking notes.”

Sunoo laughed, shaking his head. “You’re silly. But I guess I do have a way with animals, huh?”

“You’ve got a way with everything,” Heeseung said softly, his voice growing more sincere. “And I’m lucky enough to be the one by your side. Thank you for being you, Sunoo.”
