After weeks of hectic schedules, ENHYPEN’s management decided the boys deserved a short break. Their next stop after the concert in Cebu wasn’t another stage, but a vacation in one of the Philippines' most beautiful destinations—Palawan.

Excitement buzzed among the group as they boarded the plane, with everyone eagerly discussing their plans for the trip.

The boys arrived at an exclusive resort in El Nido, greeted by crystal-clear waters, white sand beaches, and a warm tropical breeze. Sunoo immediately pulled out his phone to take pictures.

“This is so pretty!” he exclaimed, snapping a photo of the beachfront villas.

Heeseung, standing beside him, leaned in. “You mean you’re so pretty.”

Sunoo gave him a side-eye. “Do you ever turn that off?”

“Nope,” Heeseung said with a grin, earning playful groans from the others.

Jake clapped his hands together. “Alright, first things first—who’s bunking with who?”

“Obviously, Heesun is together,” Niki said without hesitation, earning a glare from Sunoo.

“You’re so annoying,” Sunoo muttered, but the slight smile on his face didn’t go unnoticed.

Later that day, the group decided to go kayaking around the nearby lagoons. The pairs split into teams: Heeseung and Sunoo ( obviously as what the members would say) , Jake and Sunghoon, Jay and Jungwon, and Niki paddling solo because, as he put it, “I don’t need anyone slowing me down.”

As expected, chaos ensued.

“Sunoo, paddle on the left!” Heeseung said, trying to steer their kayak.

“I am paddling on the left!” Sunoo shot back. “You’re the one messing up!”

Meanwhile, Jake and Sunghoon purposely splashed water at them as they passed. “Aww, trouble in paradise?” Jake teased.

“You’re so dead, Jake!” Sunoo shouted, grabbing water with his hands and tossing it at him.

Jungwon and Jay, who were trailing behind, decided to join in. “We’ll help you, Jake!” Jungwon shouted, paddling quickly to create waves.

The calm lagoon turned into a battlefield, with everyone laughing and splashing water at each other.

That evening, the boys gathered around a bonfire on the beach, enjoying grilled seafood and marshmallows. The sound of waves crashing against the shore created a serene backdrop to their relaxed conversation.

“So,” Jay said, leaning back on his hands. “What’s been the best part of the trip so far?”

“The kayaking, obviously,” Niki said, smirking at Sunoo, who rolled his eyes.

Sunghoon pointed at the sky. “This. Just sitting here with you guys, the stars, the sound of the ocean—it’s perfect.”

Everyone nodded in agreement, the mood turning sentimental. Heeseung, sitting next to Sunoo, glanced at him and smiled.

“Honestly,” Heeseung began, his tone soft, “my favorite part is seeing Sunoo so happy.”

The group fell silent for a beat before Jake loudly exclaimed, “And there it is! The Heesun moment of the night!”

Sunoo buried his face in his hands. “I hate you all.”

“No, you don’t,” Jungwon teased, passing Sunoo a stick with a perfectly toasted marshmallow.

Although the boys tried to keep their trip lowkey, eagle-eyed fans spotted them at the airport and shared photos online. When the kayaking clips inevitably made it onto social media, ENGENEs were quick to connect the dots.
