The atmosphere on set was electric as the Enhypen members, dressed as suave vampire princes, charmed the cameras and their fans. The segment had taken a comedic turn, focusing on a playful quiz about each member to test their friendship and attention to detail.
The chaos began when Sunoo confidently stepped up to answer a question about Heeseung: "When is Heeseung's birthday?"
With a smirk, Sunoo scribbled on the whiteboard and turned it around, revealing in bold letters: SEPTEMBER 20.
The room erupted.
"Sunoo, what?!" Jake shrieked, clutching his stomach in laughter.
"Sunoo-yah, seriously?" Jungwon joined in, covering his face in mock disbelief.
Heeseung, the birthday boy in question, gasped dramatically. "September 20?" he repeated, his voice trembling. "You’ve been my boyfriend for how long, and you still don’t know my birthday?"
"It's a joke!" Sunoo defended, though his mischievous grin betrayed him. "I know it's October 15, obviously!"
But Heeseung wasn’t about to let it slide. He placed a hand over his chest and staggered back like he’d been mortally wounded. "I can’t believe this betrayal! I thought we were soulmates!" He started fake crying, his shoulders shaking in exaggerated sobs.
"Hyung, don’t cry!" Ni-ki chimed in, trying (and failing) to keep a straight face. "You’ll ruin your vampire makeup."
"Too late!" Heeseung wailed, collapsing onto a prop throne. "I’ll never recover from this heartbreak."
"Hyung, stop being so dramatic!" Sunoo exclaimed, laughing as he tried to console his sulking prince.
The chaos carried on until the filming wrapped, and they all headed back to their dorms, laughter still echoing from the shoot. But little did Sunoo know, Heeseung wasn’t quite done with his act.

After Filming
Sunoo opened the door to their shared room, only to find Heeseung curled up in bed, facing the wall. The lights were dim, and the room had a somber air.
"Heeseung?" Sunoo called softly.
No response.
"Hee?" Sunoo approached the bed, only to hear a muffled sniffle.
"Are you… crying?" Sunoo’s tone shifted, laced with concern now.
"You forgot my birthday," Heeseung mumbled, his voice small and pitiful.
Sunoo crouched beside him, placing a hand on his shoulder. "Heeseung, I was kidding. You know I didn’t forget, right? It’s October 15. How could I forget the day the love of my life was born?"
"September 20," Heeseung whispered back, turning to face him with teary eyes.
Sunoo’s heart sank before he noticed something off—the corners of Heeseung’s lips twitching.
"You’re so dramatic," Sunoo groaned, swatting Heeseung lightly. "You’re not even crying!"
"But I was sulking," Heeseung said, sitting up and pulling Sunoo into his lap. "Do you know how many hugs it’ll take for me to forgive you?"
Sunoo sighed but couldn’t hide his smile. "How many?"
"Let’s start with one."
And as Sunoo wrapped his arms around him, Heeseung grinned triumphantly. The birthday mix-up was already forgotten—replaced by the warmth of Sunoo’s embrace.
