The scene was straight out of a sitcom. Sunoo stood in the middle of the living room, arms crossed, watching the utter chaos unfolding around him. He sighed deeply, already regretting letting his six lovers—Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Jungwon, and Niki—spend the day “bonding” without supervision.
Jake was on the floor, tangled in Christmas lights, grinning sheepishly. “Sunoo, it’s not what it looks like!”
“It looks like you tried to make yourself a human disco ball,” Sunoo deadpanned.
“Well... maybe it is what it looks like.”
Meanwhile, Jungwon and Sunghoon were fighting over a bag of chips, growling like feral cats. “Let go, Sunghoon hyung! I opened it first!” Jungwon hissed.
“Not before I called dibs!” Sunghoon retorted, pulling harder.
“Boys!” Sunoo snapped, and they froze like kids caught stealing cookies. The bag of chips dangled precariously between them.
Heeseung, the so-called “eldest,” was sitting on the couch, laughing uncontrollably as he scrolled through TikToks, occasionally yelling, “Babe, come watch this!”
Niki, the youngest, was halfway up the curtains for reasons no one could quite figure out. “Niki, get down from there before you break something!” Sunoo scolded.
“Technically, I’m not breaking anything—the curtain rod might just break itself!” Niki shot back with a mischievous grin.
Sunoo pinched the bridge of his nose. “This is why I can’t leave you alone for five minutes!”
Jay, who had been suspiciously quiet, appeared from the kitchen holding a tray of cookies. “Look, Sunoo! I baked these for you!” He placed the tray on the table with a proud smile.
Sunoo raised an eyebrow. “Did you use sugar this time? Or salt again?”
Jay blushed furiously. “That was one time!”
Sunoo took a bite, and his expression softened. “These are... actually pretty good.”
The others immediately crowded around him like puppies vying for attention.
“You tried my cookies first?!” Jay gasped dramatically.
“I helped hang the Christmas lights—doesn’t that count for something?” Jake interjected, still tangled.
“I was the least chaotic one today!” Heeseung argued.
“Sunoo, I saved you the biggest chip!” Jungwon said, offering the lone remaining crumb.
“Can someone please appreciate that I didn’t fall off the curtain?” Niki added.
Sunoo rolled his eyes but couldn’t stop the smile creeping onto his face. “You’re all hopeless.”
“Hopelessly in love with you,” Heeseung said, pulling Sunoo into his lap with a smirk.
Sunoo tried to glare, but the others quickly piled on, squishing him in a group hug.
“Get off me, you lunatics!” Sunoo exclaimed, though his laughter betrayed him.
As the chaos settled into warmth, Sunoo thought to himself, They may drive me crazy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Sunoo finally managed to wriggle free from the pile of bodies that had practically enveloped him. He stood up with an exaggerated sigh, dusting himself off while the members groaned in protest.
"Hey, come on, Sunoo," Jay pouted, looking at him with wide eyes that could melt anyone's heart. "You can't just leave us like this. We were all just... showing our love for you!"
