It was a sunny afternoon when six friends, all members of a popular dance group, found themselves wandering around a local park after practice. Each of them had their own quirks: Heeseung was the carefree leader, always teasing, Jay the laid-back one who somehow made everything sound deeper than it was, Sunghoon the perfectionist who loved everything neat, Jungwon the mature one who played the peacekeeper, and Niki and Jake, the energetic troublemakers who always seemed to get into something.
But when they walked past the park's outdoor stage, their eyes were drawn to the sight of an innocent angel who was practicing a dance routine under the clear blue sky. Sunoo, the newest addition to a rival dance group, had his earbuds in, completely oblivious to the group of six now watching him. His moves were fluid and graceful, his expression soft, and his aura of innocence was something the boys hadn't seen in a while.
All six of them froze.
“Heeseung hyung, look at that,” Niki whispered, eyes wide as he nudged his leader’s side. “That’s... he’s... perfect.”
Heeseung, who rarely got flustered, found himself blinking twice. “Is he... real?”
Jay, who had a habit of making everything sound like an existential revelation, was already on a deep tangent. “It’s like watching a ray of sunshine move. He’s... glowing.”
Sunghoon, the usually calm one, couldn’t hold back his shock. “Who is he? He moves like... like... like an angel.”
“I know, right?” Jake added. “He’s making us look bad with all that grace.”
Jungwon was the first to pull his attention away from Sunoo, realizing that they were still standing there like a bunch of awkward fools. “Guys... maybe we should introduce ourselves.”
With their plan set, the six of them awkwardly shuffled over to where Sunoo was, but they made the mistake of interrupting his dance. The moment Sunoo took out his earbuds, he was met with six pairs of eyes staring at him.
“Oh!” Sunoo exclaimed, his voice soft and sweet, his innocent smile lighting up his face. “Hi! Did I do something wrong? I’m sorry if I disturbed you.”
All six boys, suddenly stricken by how adorable he was, were at a loss for words. For a brief second, none of them could do anything but blink. Heeseung, ever the leader, was the first to recover, though his usual confidence faltered slightly.
“No, no, you didn’t disturb us,” Heeseung stammered, trying to act cool but failing miserably. “We just... uh... saw you dancing. You’re really good!”
Sunoo’s eyes widened, his face flushing slightly at the compliment. “Oh, thank you! I’m still practicing. I’m part of the group next door, but I’m still learning... I’m not that great, really.”
The six friends exchanged a look, already falling harder for his innocent self-deprecating nature. He was too pure, too perfect, and somehow, it made all of them feel like they were about to explode from the inside out.
“We’re... we’re all part of a dance group too,” Jungwon said, his voice soft and his eyes glinting with a little too much adoration for comfort. “Would you... maybe want to join us sometime?”
Sunoo blinked, clearly flustered. “Oh! Um, sure. If you’d like me to. I’d love to!”
That was it. They were all hooked. But as the day went on, they realized that this innocent little angel was not only incredibly talented, but he was also the most chaotic bundle of sunshine they'd ever met. From constantly tripping over his own feet to getting distracted by the smallest things, Sunoo’s innocent charm only made things even more hectic.
