It was a quiet afternoon at the dorm when Sunoo, the cutest, most loved and the most innocent of the group, waddled into the living room with his wide eyes sparkling. His outfit was oversized, a big sweater and shorts, making him look even smaller and more adorable. He seemed a little lost in the vast space, but there was something endearing about how he was trying to navigate the room, clutching onto the hem of his sweater.
"Hy—hyungie!" Sunoo called out, his voice a high-pitched squeak as he ran toward Sunghoon, who was sitting on the couch with a gentle smile. Sunghoon's heart melted at the sight of his little one. He swiftly pulled Sunoo onto his lap, cradling him carefully.
"Aw, Sunoo, what’s wrong, baby?" Sunghoon cooed, brushing a stray strand of hair from Sunoo's forehead. The others—Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Jungwon, and Niki—watched the interaction from their spots in the room, their eyes glistening with affection. Each of them knew how much they loved Sunoo, and now, seeing him like this, in his little space, they couldn’t help but shower him with attention.
“Wook, wook, dawdle,” Sunoo mumbled, trying to point at the blanket on the floor. His words were slurred and soft, his toddler-like mannerisms making the others want to giggle, but they didn’t dare. This was his time, and they were all here to pamper him.
“Come on, baby,” Heeseung said softly, standing up and extending his arms to Sunoo. “Let’s go get you something to eat. You’re hungry, right?” He smiled sweetly, knowing how Sunoo had a tendency to forget when he was caught up in his little world.
“I... wanna snack,” Sunoo muttered, nodding in agreement. “Snack wike... stwawbewwy.”
Niki laughed softly, coming over with a small bowl of strawberries. “I’ve got you covered, little one. Here you go,” he said gently, handing Sunoo the bowl. “Careful now, don’t drop them.”
Sunoo looked at the strawberries, his eyes lighting up. “Tanks, Niki!” he said, his speech still childish, making the group smile even wider.
Jake moved closer, settling next to Sunoo and reaching over to ruffle his hair. “Aww, you’re so cute, Sunshine,” Jake teased softly, causing Sunoo to giggle. He was completely unaware of the effect his cuteness had on the others, but they were all too eager to spoil him.
Meanwhile, Jungwon and Jay sat at the back, their eyes fixed on Sunoo. Jungwon couldn’t help but lean toward Jay, his voice a whisper. “He’s too cute for his own good, huh?”
“I know,” Jay replied, his gaze soft as he watched Sunoo munching on the strawberries. “We’re all so whipped for him.”
Sunoo looked up from his snack, his eyes wide as he pointed to the TV. “Cawn we watch... twains?”
Heeseung, being the most attentive, quickly flicked the remote, finding a children’s show about trains, just the way Sunoo liked. “There you go, baby,” he murmured as Sunoo snuggled into the blankets they’d laid out for him.
Sunghoon pulled the blanket over Sunoo, wrapping him snugly. "Good boy," he whispered, kissing the top of his head. "Rest, my little angel."
As the screen flickered with the animation, the members quietly watched over Sunoo, a collective sense of peace filling the room. They were completely devoted to him—babysitting, comforting, and loving him in the way he needed, just as he was. He was their precious, little Sunoo, and they were all more than happy to indulge in his every need, every whim.
"You're so loved, Ddeuno," Niki whispered as he rubbed his back gently. Sunoo looked up at them with sleepy eyes, his lips curling into a soft smile.
“Wuv you, too,” he whispered back, his voice soft and innocent, before drifting into a peaceful nap with the warmth of his family/members surrounding him.
