The fanmeeting was in full swing, and ENHYPEN had just finished answering a few general questions when one fan raised their hand, eager to ask something more personal.
"Hi, I’m a huge fan! My question is for all of you," the fan said, grinning from ear to ear. "Are you guys single, or are any of you in a relationship?"
The members blinked at each other, exchanging looks. It wasn’t an unusual question, but it was one they always tried to dodge or redirect. This time, however, things played out differently.
Instead of answering directly, they all turned to look at the one person who always seemed to steal the spotlight—Sunoo.
There he was, sitting comfortably on the edge of the stage, gossiping with a fan about a recent variety show episode. Sunoo’s eyes were bright as he leaned in closer to the fan, laughing at something they had just said. His cheeks were flushed from excitement, and he looked completely at ease in the crowd.
The members, from the corner of their eyes, couldn’t help but smile as they watched him, each of them holding back their grins.
Jay was the first to break the silence, his lips curling into a playful smirk. "I mean... just look at him. Do you really think any of us are single?"
Heeseung leaned back and sighed dramatically. "Honestly, every time we try to answer something, Sunoo steals the show."
Sunghoon crossed his arms, glancing at Sunoo with a fond look in his eyes. "It’s impossible to answer that question when he’s out here acting like he’s everyone's best friend."
Jake chuckled. "Do you see the way he’s talking to that fan? That’s the energy that keeps us all wrapped around his finger."
Even Jungwon, the ever-calm leader, couldn't resist. He shrugged, a sly grin on his face. "At this point, it’s pretty obvious who’s the most taken here."
As they all stared at Sunoo, who was now animatedly gesturing with his hands as he gossiped, the fan who had asked the question looked between the group and then back to Sunoo. She giggled, catching the vibe.
"So... you’re not answering the question?" she asked, half-teasing, half-curious.
The other fans in the room, who had caught onto the members' silent agreement, started laughing as well.
“No need to answer,” Sunghoon said with a wink. "It’s obvious that we’re all… um, very close to someone special.”
The fans erupted into a mix of giggles and knowing glances. They had long suspected there was something more going on behind the scenes with Sunoo, but seeing the members all so openly acknowledge it was a different level of confirmation.
Sunoo finally turned around, noticing the way the members were all looking at him with that same fond, amused expression. His eyes widened. "What’s going on? Why is everyone looking at me like that?"
“You’re the reason we can’t answer a simple question,” Heeseung teased, nudging Sunoo’s arm.
Sunoo blinked, his face turning a little pink as he laughed nervously. "I wasn’t doing anything!"
Jake grinned mischievously. "Sure you weren’t."
The fan, now more than ever, picked up on the playful, teasing atmosphere, and winked at Sunoo. "I think I know the answer now."
Sunoo’s blush deepened. “Wait, no! It’s not what you think!”
But the fans were already loving it—loving the little glimpse they got into the dynamics of ENHYPEN. And with that, the conversation moved on, but not without fans flooding the chat with theories about the “special bond” that Sunoo seemed to share with each member.
