It had become the talk of HYBE in recent weeks: the transformation of Lee Heeseung. Gone was the mysterious, cool ace aura he once radiated. Now, everywhere he went, he carried a softer, more clingy energy—especially around Sunoo.
“Did Heeseung always smile that much?” Yeonjun from TXT whispered during a lunch break at HYBE’s cafeteria.
“I know, right? It’s kind of cute… but also terrifying,” Soobin added, sneaking a glance at Heeseung, who was trailing behind Sunoo like a lovesick puppy.
Other HYBE idols—SEVENTEEN, LE SSERAFIM, NewJeans—had all taken notice too. The once-imposing ace of ENHYPEN now seemed entirely whipped for his boyfriend, Sunoo. But none of them were ready for what was about to happen next.
It was a joint HYBE family rehearsal for an upcoming event, with idols from different groups practicing together. ENHYPEN was rehearsing with TXT when the chaos began.
Heeseung, as always, stuck close to Sunoo, helping him adjust his movements and offering him water at every break. At first, the others found it sweet—until Heeseung’s intentions became a bit too obvious.
“Baby,” Heeseung called during a short break, his voice dripping with affection.
Sunoo, who was chatting with Huening Kai, turned around. “What is it, Bambi?”
“Come here for a second.”
Curious, Sunoo walked over, only for Heeseung to grab his wrist gently. “You haven’t kissed me today.”
The room fell silent. TXT’s members froze mid-sip of their drinks, while ENHYPEN collectively stared at Heeseung in disbelief.
“Heeseung-hyung, what are you doing?” Jungwon whispered, trying to save the situation.
“Nothing,” Heeseung replied nonchalantly, keeping his eyes on Sunoo. “I just want a kiss. And not on the cheek this time.”
Sunoo’s jaw dropped. “Lee Heeseung! We’re in public! With the HYBE family!”
“And?” Heeseung said, his tone completely unbothered. “I’m your boyfriend. It’s normal.”
Sunoo turned to the room, silently pleading for help. But the other idols were too busy either holding back laughter or looking utterly shocked.
“Uh… Sunoo, you might want to handle this,” Yeonjun said, trying not to laugh.

Sunoo groaned, his cheeks turning pink as he looked back at Heeseung. “Lee Heeseung, you can’t just ask for stuff like that in front of everyone!”
“Why not?” Heeseung tilted his head innocently. “They already know we’re dating. It’s not a big deal.”
“Hyung, it is a big deal,” Sunghoon said, stepping in to mediate. “There are boundaries—especially in front of SEVENTEEN-sunbaenim!”
Joshua and Jeonghan, who were standing nearby, exchanged amused glances. “Hey, don’t look at us,” Jeonghan said, grinning. “This is entertaining.”
Sunoo gave them a desperate look, then turned back to Heeseung. “How about later? When we’re alone?”
“But I want it now,” Heeseung whined, his tone bordering on a pout.
The room erupted in laughter. Even the usually composed Soobin doubled over, and NewJeans’ Hyein whispered, “He’s like a giant baby!”
“See what you’ve done?” Sunoo hissed, glaring at Heeseung.
“You know you love me,” Heeseung said with a cheeky grin, leaning closer. “Just one kiss, Baby. Please?”
Realizing he wasn’t going to win, Sunoo sighed in defeat. He quickly leaned forward, pecking Heeseung on the lips before pulling away, his face bright red.
