North and Raven burst out laughing while Heidi blushed.

Gabe's cheeks had a light dusting of blush as he rolled his eyes before saying," I am fine, just working to not cuss near the kid..." He cut off his sentence as he almost said kids which probably wouldn't have gone over smoothly with Heidi based off the interactions they have had with her.

"Da, no no words get punishment by da," Raven started before North punched him in the arm with a dark look. They communicated between themselves by their eyes before Raven huffed a breath and crossed his arms over his chest staring out the window.

"What this buffoon means is we are trying to be respectful and Gabe has taken it upon himself to watch his language. Now is there anything anyone needs before we make the last hour of the trip?" North placated as he surveyed everyone.

Heidi looked over at Gabe and smiled shyly, "I appreciate it."

Gabe beamed before nodding then turned to North, "Don't forget to turn on the group call."

"I know Gabriel," North growled.

"Goop call?" Liam asked.

"Yep, Lil Man," Corey smiled as he slid in next to Heidi in the back seat. "That way we can still talk to one another during the trip.

"No mustick?" he asked while pouting. "Hi Hi me wisten mustick on trips."

"We can still listen to music," Corey promised, "we can talk and listen at the same time. What is your favorite station?"

"Dino!" Liam shouted happily.

North turned around and looked at Heidi with a 'help' look causing her to giggle. "Disney Jr station on Pandora most of the time but sometimes I can get away with 90s/2000s hits station. I have my phone and headphones he can use, it's fine."

"Core," Raven held out his phone.

"No," Corey shook his head. "We're in Heidi's car and it's already synced to her phone. Heidi, please go ahead and turn on his station. We are using North's phone for the group call, it will be fine, I promise."

"Yeah," Luke's voice came through his brother's phone, "I wanna hear the dino song."

"Are you sure?" she asked nervously. "It's all kid songs..."

"Baby, most of us are still kids," North rolled his eyes as he pulled out onto the highway. "Especially Luke. Please turn it on before he starts his annoying a... before he starts whining. He won't stop until he hears the dino song now, please save all of us a major headache."

"Hey!" Luke protested in a whiny voice sending her into a giggle fit.

"Okay, okay," she gasped as she got herself under control. A minute later the theme song to Giganotosaurus started playing causing Luke and Liam to shout in happiness.

Heidi reached over and started running her fingers through her little brother's hair. Raven lifted his phone to his face as if he was reading something while Corey started typing on his phone.

"Rave, are you going to have Luke and Marc help you make pryaniki for Ded Moroz and Snegurochka or just order some this time?" Corey asked.

"What dat?" Liam asked excitedly. "What prynikiki and–"

"Pryaniki," Raven said slowly. He repeated it three times before Liam said it correctly. "Good Lil Man," he said proudly.

"I'm so proud of you," Heidi beamed happily at him.

"Pryaniki special spice cookies we make with sbiten, special Christmas drink for Ded Moroz, Father Christmas, and Snegurochka, Snow Maiden. She help Ded Moroz give presents," Raven explained.

"That's beautiful," Heidi whispered. "Lee Lee, that's amazing. You and him have a beautiful tradition to have."

"Fank you, Waben," Liam clapped.

"Yes, thank you," Heidi smiled, "for teaching him his heritage."

Raven kind of smirked before nodding. "Da."

"Hi Hi, what you do?" Liam asked as he clapped her hand with his over and over.

Heidi tensed up for a second before clearing her throat. "I've never had Christmas, Lee Lee."

"Why?" he asked innocently. The men held their breaths as they waited to see what she would say. Corey could see how tense North and Raven were so he could clearly imagine how the rest of them were. Knowing his family as well has he did, he knew Gabe already had his phone in his hand and could easily assume what his brain was thinking as well.

Heidi let out a soft sigh as she looked out the window, "Well as you know our father and my mother sent me to a special all girls school where I lived since I was five years old. It's a kind of school where I lived there all the time. I didn't live with our father and my mother like you did with your parents. I never got to come home but I can promise that you will never ever go to a school like that. Because I went to a special school, we didn't celebrate holidays or special days. Our principal and teachers said that because we were such good students and have good lifes, we needed to give back to those that were less fortunate than us. It was our way of giving back to others and helping others. So when there was a holiday or special day like birthdays, all of our gifts that were sent to us were given to charities to help others. So this is super special because we are both celebrating our first Christmas together."

"Me like that," Liam smiled as he leaned over to her.

She carefully hugged him then kissed his forehead, "I love it too."
