"Bunny," a low voice drifted into her sleep. "Come on Little One, you need to wake up, dinner's ready. Let's get some yummy food in your tummy."

"No," she pouted as she pressed her face into the warm comfy pillow. "Comfy."

A deep chuckle surrounded her then fingers began to go through her hair. A soft sigh left her lips. "You don't have to move, Little One, I'll still hold you. How about we sit up and you can eat in my lap?"

Hold me? Someone is holding me? Her body tensed as her brain registered what was being said. A soothing sound came near her ear as the hand drifted from her hair to her back and began rubbing circles over her shirt.

"You're okay, Bunny," the voice whispered. "We're okay."

Her eyes drifted up as her head slowly pulled back from the chest she had been resting on. "Gabriel."

"Hey Bunny," he smirked as he pushed the few strands of hair that were in her face behind her ear, "how was your nap?"

"Nap?" she blinked in confusion. Her eyes widened in surprise as she sat up, "Liam."

"Just woke up himself," Luke smiled from where he was kneeling beside them. He was the voice that gently woke her up. "Kota took him to the bathroom. He'll be right back, I promise."

"Dinner's ready, come eat."

"We will be eating in the living room tonight," Owen said as he walked past North. "We need to finish our movie marathon that we started."

"Got it," North nodded before his eyes landed on her. "What fruit would you like with your tacos?"

"Watermemon?" she mumbled before dropping her head to Gabe's chest to hide her face.

"Of course," North smirked. "Do you want anything else?"

"Anything at all," Gabe gently pushed. "You can tell me and Luke."

North watched as his older brother leaned closer to the girl that confused the hell out of him. His brown eyes lit up while his playful smile widened in excitement. "Of course! I'm on it!" Luke jumped up and rushed out of the room, making Gabe tighten his hold on Heidi while he chuckled.

"Liam?" she asked timidly.

"He'll make one for Lil Man too," Gabe tapped her nose playfully. "Silly question for even asking. I bet he even figures out how to make it dino themed too."

"Don't push," Silas mumbled as he stood next North. "Whatever she eats, accept it and learn to deal with it. Now is not the time."

North's jaw tensed as he clenched his teeth and slowly let out a heavy breath through his nose, "I know."

"Alright picnic tacos in the living room coming right up!" Marc announced as he walked in carrying a huge bowl with hot pads.

"I got the paper plates so we don't have to do dishes tonight," Nathan smiled as he held up the bag along with some napkins.

"We'll have dishes," Gabe smirked. "Luke is making Heidi and Liam a surprise." He tightened his grip gently. "Alrighty Bunny, time to sit up." He saw Marc and a few of the others come back with the rest of the food for dinner. "We can still cuddle, I promise, I'll keep holding you."

"Liam–"

"Which you?" said little boy asked as he came into the room holding Kota's hand and stood before one of the identical twins.

The twin knelt down and smirked, "I'm Brandon. See this red bracelet?" he held out his wrist to show a red braided leather bracelet. Liam nodded, "I wear the red one and Corey wears a yellow one."

"You bike man," Liam hopped. "Hi Hi say you rided motortitles wif Norf."

Brandon glanced up at North then followed his gaze over to Heidi who was blushing and holding the stuffed bunny in front of her face. "That's right, North and I are bike men." He was honestly surprised she knew that. They hardly ever had the time to ride their motorcycles with all their studying they had to do this year. And for her to mention it to Liam? He thought he felt a crack in his cold heart at the thought. Maybe the guys were right about her.

"Whoa," she gasped, capturing everyone's attention. She had collapsed against Gabe's chest and was holding her head.

"What's wrong?" Sean asked, dropping to his knees before her. "Kota, my bag."

"Right here, Doc," Kota said as he sat the bag next to him.

"Hi Hi?" Liam asked, scared.

"I'm okay, Lee Lee," she mumbled as she pushed the pen light away from her eyes. "I just got dizzy for a split second. My headache just made me dizzy but I'm okay, I promise. Stop, Sean."

"No can do, Heidi," Sean shook his head while placing the light pen in his pocket. "You didn't mention a headache earlier, when did it begin and how intense is it?"

"I'm fine," she said as she closed her eyes.

"Heidi." Her eyes opened at the stern yet gentle tone of her name. Grey eyes held her gaze, "Please."

Gabe's head jerked up in shock. Others around the room froze upon hearing the plea leave their leader's mouth.

"I know we haven't been kind to you in the past and for that we are sorry," Owen said with sincerity. "We are your friends. I know that it is hard for you to understand or believe at the moment but this holiday while you are with us, we will prove ourselves to you. Now allow Dr. Green to give you a proper check up and answer him honestly." He cleared his throat, "Please."
