"Of course we can," Gabe and Marc said at the same time.

"But no rushing through dinner," Owen and Axel said in unison as they looked at the men sitting around the room before looking down at Liam.

"If you rush we will wait until tomorrow or the next day," Owen said as he knelt across from Liam. "Rushing through dinner will cause your stomach to become upset and could possibly make you sick. I have heard Dr. Green tell our family this many times."

Liam nodded, "I no rush, no want hurt tummy."

"Very good decision," Sean smiled as he stuck his fork in his bag of food. "I really would like to help set up the tree tonight and not wait until tomorrow."

"Just try and take a few bites, Bunny," Gabe whispered as he moved his thumb up and down on her hip over her shirt. "You're doing such a good job."

Gabe bit his lip as he felt her let out a soft sigh and relax into his hold just ever so slightly more. A quick glance told him a few of the others noticed with the soft smiles they had on their faces.

"Don't forget your watermelon."

She looked up from where she was looking at her bag of taco fixings to see North on his knees before her holding a small bowl of diced watermelon pieces. He had the bowl in one hand and a fork with a piece on it in his other hand. He had the fork reached out just waiting for her to take a bite when she was ready.

Her breath hitched at the scene before her. Her gaze went from her favorite fruit to North's face then back to the fruit before going to the man before her once more. She wouldn't be surprised if her eyes were wide in surprise right now.

"Please, Babygirl."

What? Her breath caught as her brain raced to catch up to the words floating around her ears and she was absolutely 100% certain her eyes were as wide as an owl's right now.

"Breathe then take a bite," Gabriel's voice snapped her out of her trance. Oxygen cooled the fire that was in her chest. Breathe, right, that was important. Her hand trembled, dropping the fork in the bag in her lap. Her mouth opened partially as she inhaled then exhaled, cooling the warmth in her lungs. "Good girl, now again," Gabe smiled as he continued moving his thumb up and down on her hip. After a few more breaths, he pressed his luck. "Now open wide and let North feed you."

His grip tightened as her body leaned forward. Much to everyone's surprise North smirked as he held the fork steady and placed the diced fruit in her mouth. North barely ever smirked or even smiled so for this to happen was hard to believe without seeing. And for him to say please? This had to be a Twilight Zone moment. Silas shook his head and smirked as he stood and walked out of the room.

The movement broke her out of her trance with North, causing her eyes to dart to him. "Um..."

"Don't worry, Babygirl," North explained as he leaned forward and wiped some juice that was dripping down from mouth. "He just went to get me a berry smoothie. Do you want some of your..." he cleared his throat before continuing, "colorful milkshake?"

"Please," she whispered.

Shifting from crouching to being on his knees before her. He placed the bowl down and picked up the sugary drink. Holding the straw still, he placed it on her lips and watched as she took a few sips before setting it back down.

"Good girl," Gabe and North said at the same time.

"Here," Silas said as an amethyst purple gradient into a light sea foam green teal-ish metallic cup moved in front of North's face.

"Oh pretty," she softly gasped as her eyes focused on the cup with a rainbow metal straw.

"Does Baby Girl want a drink from the pretty cup?" North asked as he held the straw out to her.

"Yes peas," she whispered before her eyes grew wide again. Her breath hitched then shook her head and cleared her throat, "Um no thank you, it's yours."

"Go ahead and have a drink," North briefly nodded. "Silas will make me another one if you like it." He held her gaze, "I promise it's okay, Baby Girl, have a drink."

She watched him for a few minutes before turning to look at Gabe, who nodded reassuringly. She looked back at North who nodded again encouragingly. He brought the cup closer to her and smiled as she took a sip.

Her eyes lit up as she pulled back in surprise, "Watermelon smoothie?"

"Here," Silas chuckled as he held out a black tumbler. "I thought you might like it. Was I right?"

She blushed and nodded before taking another drink. "Thank you, Si," North nodded as he took the black tumbler. "Is this watermelon too?"

"No," Silas scoffed and shook his head, "regular mixed berries."

"Thanks," North nodded before taking a drink. "Finish your taco salad, I'm going to make mine now, it looks delicious. I'll be right back."

"Sit," Silas demanded as he held out a bag with a fork sticking out of it. "Here." North sat down across from her and Gabe before taking the bag. "Here Gabe in case you need them. You know how messy North can get when it comes to tacos," Silas chuckled as he handed Gabe some napkins.

"Hey!" North glared at the Greek. "I am not messy, I just enjoy my tacos. If its not messy, then it's not good. That's the rule, everyone knows that."
