"How long will it take you to get ready?" Sebastien asked Evelyn.

"You should never say such things to ladies. We are not like you. We have to do a lot more than just wear a random shirt and shorts." She said.

"Are you judging my look?" He narrowed his eyes at her.

"I'm not judging you. I'm stating the fact. We are going to the beach right, so you should also apply some anti tane cream. " She tossed the bottle towards him, which he caught on time.

"Should I help you in applying the cream?" He asked. The expression on his face was enough for her to understand the unholy thoughts in his head.

"I'm done applying the cream, so I have to decline your offer, unfortunately. " She said.

"Rude enough. " he mumbled.

"Whatever." She rolled her eyes.

"I'm ready now, so we should go." Evelyn held his hand.

At the beach, Sebastien had already prepared a beach date for her.

When they reached the beach, Evelyn was surprised to see the arrangements.

There was a small and cute tent, and a table full of food was set up in front of the tent.

"You prepared these?" Evelyn asked.

"Yeah, beach date is not a bad idea after all. " He grinned.

"Let's dig in. I'm hungry. " She said, and both sat down, savoring the delicious food.

"You know this salad is a called gado gado." Sebestian said, referring to the plate of salad in front of Evelyn.

"And what about this dish?" Evelyn asked, pointing towards another dish.

"This one is a form of rice cake. It's called Laklak. And those banana fritters are called Pisang goreng." He replied.

" You know a lot about the dishes here. Knowing the local names of these dishes, it seems like you have done good research. " Evelyn said.

"Actually, it's not my first visit in Bali." He informed.

"Oh, so you have been here before. When did you visit ?
She asked. A mischievous smirk played on his lips.

"Around 2 years back with someone special. " He said. Evelyn's eyebrows knitted together.

"Didn't you say you were single when I wasn't here. I'm your one and only girl, then who is this special person?" She glared at him with puffy cheeks.

"You see, I forgot to tell you about her. As I said, I never had a girlfriend except you , she wasn't my girlfriend. She was a blind date arranged by my parents. They send us on the trip to Bali so that we can spend time together to get to know each other better. But it didn't work." He said casually as if it's the most normal thing, and on the other hand, Evelyn was jealous.

"So you both stayed together in Bali. " She stated, which sounded more like a question .

" Yeah, that time too. we stayed at the presidential suite in Lennon's hotel. She planned a beach date. I thought it would be nice to prepare a beach date for us." He told her.

Evelyn's face was burning with anger," So you took me to the same place you took her and even the same date? How could you. " She folded her hands in front of her chest and looked away with puffy cheeks.

There was a click sound .

"What are you doing?" She asked, angry.

"You were looking so cute with those angry puffy cheeks. I couldn't help clicking a pic." He said. She got up from her seat and went by his side, started hitting his back.

"You shameless creature, you have no shame. You still have audacity to do all this and laugh about it." She said.

He held her waist and made her sit on his lap, wrapping his arms around her.

"Hey, I was just teasing you. I never had any blind date or vacation with any girl. You are my one and only sweetheart. Lennon has a hotel here, so sometimes he invites us over for a vacation." He explained.

"You are so bad. You were lying to me. You are bad, hubby. " She pouted.

"I was just teasing. I'm sorry. Don't be mad, wifey." He kissed her cheek.

"Hehe, I was kidding, too. I'm not mad. " She giggled.

"You naughty naughty girl." He pinched her nose.

"Let's go swimming now." She said and got up, removing her sundress. Sebestian was amazed to see her gorgeous figure in her Bikini. It wasn't too revealing but sexy enough to drive him crazy.
He extended his hand to touch her, but she ran away towards sea.

"Catch me if you can." She giggled while running.

He chuckled and removed his shirt quickly, started chasing after her. He caught her and lifted her up and threw on his shoulder.

"Put me down." She was hitting his back playfully while laughing .

"I'll throw you in water." He said.

"No, you are not." She warned.

"Too bad I'm not listening to you." He took in water and threw her gently . She was wet from head to toe. He started laughing.

"You are gone now. " She glared at him and chased after him. She managed to tackle him down and sat on his back, started pouring water and sand on his head.

"You are putting sand in my hairs. You wanna ruin them ." He groaned .

"That's not gonna ruin it. Stop making excuses. You just need to hairwash. Anyway, that's your karma for throwing me in the pool and then in the sea." She laughed.

"You are a bad girl, Bella." He said.

"You are bad too." She stuck her tongue out.

Then they both got up and went inside water together.

"Let's go in a bit deep water. It's just reaching my waist. Water is shallow here." He suggested.

A wave of fear washed on her face. "No, I can't. "

"Why?"

"You know, after that incident, I almost lost my life by drowning. I'm afraid of deep waters. " She said.

He held her hands and said, " I understand, but you need to overcome your fear one day. "

"No, I don't wanna do it." She denied again.

"Okay then, I guess I'm going alone." He said.

"Don't go too deep." She said.

She was sitting on the sand watching him swimming from a distance, and suddenly, he was struggling in water.

"Sebastien, are you okay?" She shouted.

He wasn't responding. She could see him literally drowning. She panicked and swam up to him quickly . She saved her and brought him back to the shore. It wasn't an easy task as he was heavy .

"Seb, are you okay." She said as she pressed his chest to get the water out. He started coughing and spilled the water out .

"You scared me." She hugged him tightly.

"You did it." He said.

"What?" She was puzzled.

"You overcome your fear just now." He said with a smile.

She burst into tears, " How could you put your life in danger like that. I was so scared."

"Shhhh, Don cry. I'm perfectly fine. How can I get hurt when my strong wife is here to protect me." He pressed a kiss on her forehead.

"Don't you ever do something like that again." She sobbed.

"Yes, I promise I won't put my life in danger again. Now stop crying, baby. " He said.

They stayed there and enjoyed the sunset together later. The artistic color of sun rays on the clouds was breathtaking.
