Zack had been acting weird, I mean I guess he's been weird ever since Emma started living with him, but he's been worse since she went home,

Like I can understand that it might be weird living with a stranger, but everything should be normal now. Unless that jackass did something to her? Nahh he wouldn't and they seem like friends now

I wishhh I was in Zack's position though not in like a gross way I promise, I want to know more about her. Does he like her?

The way they were all cuddled up at the sleepover
It pissed me off, like he can have anyone
I don't know what I feel for her, but I do know I don't like Zack all over her, which he has been all morning, we walked into school together, and I haven't seen him. He went to the council room this morning and has been glued to her since.

I love Zack. He's my best friend. Even if he's not the best kind of person, I think he's just a broken person.

I guess I can't really understand. I never met my mom, and then my younger siblings' mom died when they were little

It's kinda just been me and my dad
Obviously, the Littles, but, I had a good amount of time with just him

All I have of my mom is her locket which is broken and doesn't even open, but it's pretty

School went on, less eventful than normal, probably because Zack was nowhere to be found until lunchtime

I saw Ethan, Collie, and Rach sitting at the typical table, but Zack and Emma were not here either

"Hey guys" I said taking a seat "Where is everybody"

Ethan shrugged his shoulders

I heard soft clicks and heels i looked up to see Zack and Emma she was walking all weird just not like her I guess.

"Hello everyone" Emma smiled

"You sit down I'll go get us some food"
Zack said, walking off the line
Emma sat down next to me,
I don't know what I feel for her
But it's nothing there's some kind of connection

She looked smaller than normal, which I didn't think was possible, her cheeks were more sunken in, did she lose weight?

That came back over, placing a peanut butter and jelly in front of Emma
And a plate of his own pizza
Honestly, the school food here is pretty good. I mean it is like a rich people school.
Way better than the public school I used to go to
Everything's made from scratch, but I guess it's the bang for the buck or something

I mean, I wouldn't even be able to come here if it wasn't for Zack

Like don't get me wrong Zack's a douche bag and an aggressive one at that, but he has a heart I was getting bullied in public school all of elementary, I had gotten dropped off at Zack's house after school one day, and I had a black eye
He lost his shit, Monday morning he was at my house with Zara, picking me up to go to their school

I don't know how he convinced his parents to help with my tuition, but he's my best friend no matter what anybody else thinks, no matter what even I think.

I think that's his problem. Sometimes he just does what he thinks is best without thinking about anything else.. but hey at least he's trying

He does things that I could never do
He stands up for what he thinks, he gets what he wants no matter the circumstance

And honestly respect that because I feel like I just kind of follow whatever, I just don't want problems my old man's got enough going on,
Especially with the kids.

"Sean" a hand lightly touched my arm
Her eyes were like ice, they seemed darker than normal

"What's up sunshine?" I gave a goofy grin,
I feel like joking around is kinda the only way I fit in is making everyone laugh

"Do you want the other half of my sandwich I'm not really hungry."

"Hey I'll never say no to food" Whattt, I'm always hungry

What the fuck is up with him?

I furrowed my eyebrows at him like man I'm confused

He went back to eating
Did I do something wrong?

The day went on it was boring, we had about 30 minutes until school was over

I was walking to the vending machine by the stairway when I heard someone crying
The janitor's room?
I'd never been in it, damn it's pretty nice, like an office space

It was Rachel she was crying?
She looked up at me with bloodshot eyes

"What's going on?"

"Se..Sean"  she said quietly
I just hugged her I didn't know what was going on but that's all I could really do

She hugged me back and we just chilled for a while.

"Do you wanna talk about it?"

" I don't really know how to say it"

"Can you describe the feeling of what made you sad ?"

"Actually? Just like I can't breathe"

"Why"

"Uh, there's too much happening I can't do it I'm drowning, and I can't breathe"
She started to cry again

So I kinda rubbed her head
And well, she kinda snapped out of it
