"Where the bloody hell is your brother, Odair?" Christopher muttered after around half an hour of searching through Hogwarts halls.

"I don't know..." Jasper said quietly and Christopher could tell that whatever anger he had, had worn off and had been replaced with fear.

"What happened between you two?"

"We got into a fight," Jasper mumbled.

"No shit, mind elaborating for once in your life?" asked Christopher.

"I elaborate."

"No, you don't. Now talk."

"He called Edgar a monster," Jasper said and just saying those words filled Jasper with a mixture of emotions that he ensured to keep down this time. "He called him a monster because...because his magic is apparently scary...and I know he...he may not understand magic, but...but Edgar isn't a monster, he's not and I can't...I can't believe he would even say something like that. He thinks he is a monster! What else is there to it?" Jasper stared straight ahead to where they were going down a corridor. "It's not right...it's...it's mean. It's not..."

"It isn't right," Christopher finished.

"Exactly."

Christopher chewed on his lower lip. He thought about what Toby had said about Edgar, it was not the right thing to say, but there was a very possible reality that he had not meant it in a harmful way. Of course there could have been, but there was also the possibility that he hadn't.

"You should talk to him."

"It seems like everyone thinks talking fixes things," Jasper muttered.

"Is that not what you did with him when he was going through a hard time?" Jasper pursed his lips and Christopher chuckled. "You know I'm right."

"I just don't understand why he said that."

"Then maybe it is time for you to learn to understand that," Christopher said and Jasper gave him an odd look. "There is a reason and it may not be a good one, but at least figure out the reason, Odair. It's better to have the whole picture then half of one."

Jasper was not sure if there was more to the picture. "Let's find him, alright?"

"Will you talk to him?"

"If..." Jasper sighed. He needed to be able to think clearly like he thought he had been so good at originally, but it seemed like all of that was fading away and being replaced with impulse and anger. "I will talk to him if he wants to talk to me."

Christopher had slight hope at this. "Good."

Jordan was in her dorm room, the other girls all down by the lake since it was a weekend. Andy and Willow had urged her to come along as they wanted to try to feed the Giant Squid, but she had told them she had too much homework. When Andy had offered to stay, Jordan had told Andy she deserved to have her fun and it would only take a little bit.

Now, Jordan was staring at the feather in front of her. She had only done the levitation charm once and she knew that if she didn't start to get the hang of it, she would fail her practical Charms exam.

She knew introducing the idea of silent spells to learn would be quite hard. She knew that learning the spells may take more time, but it was honestly frustrating to her that the professors had such a hard time teaching her. Only a handful of them knew American Sign Language, Professor Virindi being close to fluent, and Professor McGonagall picking up signs quite well, while the other professors knew next to nothing. Yes, she had Ozzy who was a huge help but it was still hard because Jordan gave him breaks, something she believed every Interpreter deserved, and that included Ozzy. Unfortunately, it did not seem the magical school or even the magical world viewed it as such.
